Requirements:

.
-Use ‘Account 1’ to send a RAF invitation to your e-mail. Use the same e-mail, names and addresses as you used for your original account, ‘Account 1’.
-Check your email and create an account with your RAF invitation. Use the same names and addresses as you used for ‘Account 1’. Enter one of the CD-Keys you already provided and create ‘Account 2’.
-Use ‘Account 2’ to send a RAF invitation to the same e-mail. Use the same names and addresses as you used for ‘Account 1’ and ‘Account 2’.
-Check your email again and create another account with your new RAF invitation. Use the same names and addresses as you used for ‘Account 1’ and ‘Account 2’. -Enter the other CD-Key and create ‘Account 3’. All your three accounts are now linked together.
-You need to have 3 World of Warcraft clients running. To do this, it is recommended to have 3 computers. However it is possible to proceed on one computer, however you may require a more high-end computer.
-Run WoW two times and log in with Account 2 and 3. To increase the performance, go to Video Options and decrease the Resolution and detail levels to minimum. Also mute the sound. Also it is better to run your game in Windowed Mode.
-Create a character on each account you want to level. These characters should be on the same server and same faction as your high-level character on ‘Account 1’, i.e. both Horde or both Alliance on the same realm, but they can be different races.
Remember: Your characters must always be in the same group/party in order to receive the triple experience bonus.
-Enter the game with both characters. If thhese characters are in the same starting area, start leveling up together. If they are different races and they don’t start in the same area, you can summon each other to the starting area you prefer (you can summon RAF linked accounts every hour); You can summon your linked 'friend' from your Friend List or by right clicking their avatar when they are in the same party as you.

-If you are Horde, level up to 8 together in the same group, and if you’re Alliance, level up to 10.
-Once you hit level 8, run another WoW client, and this time log in with the high-level character on ‘Account 1’.
The rest of the levelling is instance-leveling a.k.a. Boosting. They way this works is that you get all the three characters in an instance first, so make sure they are in the same group. Then get your high-level character to pull lots of mobs and bring them all towards the lower-level characters and then kill them. Make sure the low level characters are out of the aggro range of the mobs, but close enough to receive XP.

NOTE: You do not need to log out in inns or capital cities when not playing your characters as no rested XP will be rewarded to you.

Once you hit level 60, your characters will not be linked anymore, which means no more triple XP. The recruit may grant one level for every two levels earned, so you can give 29 instant levels to a character of your choice on either account, but on the same realm and faction. I would recommend giving it to a level 31 character and level it up to 60 instantly. Also you can transfer all your characters from Accounts 2 and 3 to ‘Account 1’ for $25 / 20€ / £15 as long as they are under the same surname. It is worth knowing that your account will be linked for a full 90 days and will receive triple experience during this time, therefore it would be smart to level up more characters while these accounts are linked.
