Initiative
The most understandable definition of this term I have been able to find is this; "Readiness to attempt or engage in what requires energy or daring".
Recently, a new comrade brought this term, "initiative" up to me and it has not left my mind since. Although I would like to talk about the relevance to the White Advocacy movement and or White Pride in general, I have been drawn to a much more personal perspective that I would like to share. I will be VERY honest here and open doors in my own life. Simply take the following and use it or refuse it, this as anything else is your choice.
Taking the topic of initiative and breaking it to the two parts listed above, "energy and/or daring" lets take the first. Energy......! The single greatest asset we have at our disposal. Even the smallest amount of energy put forth in a constructive manner is incalculable in its return. Even at my age of 34 I wish I had not simply thrown so very much of it away.
The loss of such initiative in any circumstance is ALWAYS destructive in some aspect, whether it be a love lost due to a moment of pleasure elsewhere, or a single act against a single individual robbing the persons future of more worthy endeavors. Recently, I have had several "body blows" at my incentive. Luckily they have been emotional and economic in nature, (both
are conquerable in one way or another). I have been forced to reevaluate my "worth", my stability economically and emotionally as well. I will need to look at myself from the "outside" and direct my energies in fruitful directions. We all need to do this at some point and I consider myself to be lucky since I feel strong in my beliefs, and in my abilities
to make accommodations for change in future times. I have been through worse and it brought me here. I always look forward to the next possibility in life and in our movement. You should too, since it is the point and essence of the 14 words.
Daring is the second part of initiative. A scary thought; To be "daring"? Daring to be alone and NOT angry about it. Daring to be of pride, and not deny it. Daring to change things in our own lives, or in our environments? Daring to be unwaivering, or
thoughtful in an argument. I personally have individual battles with ALL of these, and I know you do to. Personal fear MUST however be vanquished by personal DARING! The energy and daring that are released to obliterate fear make _EVERYTHING_ much more worthwhile and of value. Even the apologies we make when they become necessary feed the victory of daring over fear.
I have been wrong many more times in my life than I was EVER right, but the ability to admit such gives people who know me the confidence that I am doing exactly as I feel is right at the time. It has allowed me to make friends of all social spectrums, and of varying political views. However, it has also allowed them to be my FRIENDS disagreements aside, we know one
another to be valuable and trustworthy. I am "friends" with no one I do not trust or does not trust me. I consider that in itself to be daring.
Go out my friends, and find "Initiative". In your lives, in the movement, and for others who are yet to be born to our great race. Daring and Energy are your weapons and muscle. Even without any other, the weapon of initiative makes you and I much harder to defeat in the struggle of life, or White Pride. Find a direction or commitment to yourself, to your race, and to the betterment of our struggle. Victory is not only an idea at that point, it turns into an INEVITABILITY!!

White Pride and Honor.
