James' Characters

Algenon Green AKA The Green Man AKA The Green Machine AKA Prime.

The first character I ever rolled up for Jonathan's game, and he was a bit of a freak. Coming into a vast game that had been running over a decase and having your first roll of the game make the GM look up several tables to work out what race you were can be a bit daunting. When that character turns out to be a part plant/part human who can do just about anything I set my mind to, things don't get less daunting. I never managed to get a full grip on old Algy, mainly because he kept changing his powers, physical appeareance, statistics and name. I could never quite work out what was motivating him. He did die a lot, but had often split off alternate versions of himself (he was a plant, after all) so it didn't trouble him too much. Eventually, Moander, an undead plant Immortal, began taking an interest and The Green Machines started dropping like flies. Eventually, one then removed the plant side of himself entirely, became the machine Prime, ascended to immortality, moved to a space station, created and Asgard-like city and then was whacked out by Moander anyway. He lies there now, waiting until his final avatar can remove The Whispering Jungle from the face of the planet. He also has pants that cost 20,000gp.
