White Owl
and Red Robin have crushed racketeers, then on 18-8-1101 a weird early winter
started, causing widespread chaos. The really tough peers of the realm and
heroes all attacked a massive monster that came out of an iceberg that floated
into the harbour. At the behest of Blackfoot, White Owl took Red Robin and
attacked a mysterious evil cult -- the Cult of the White Hand -- destroying
them. They were behind a plan to enter a pocket dimension and use the book
placed in a castle there to summon Ymir from his prison outside space and time.
Doing that would cause a planet-wide Deep Freeze like a super ice age.
The upshot
was that White Owl and Red Robin destroyed the cult, discovered this
information then covered for Blackfoot as she did research on the problem. Then
the rest of the team finally returned from their time travel to the past, and
promptly went to Spire Keep, to use the dimensional portal under the manorhouse
there to enter the pocket dimension where the book lay.
Before they
could do that they were attacked by ICE MAN, ARCTIC WOLF, BLACK BEAR and
GLAMOUR the evil witch, all members of the Monster Society of Injustice.
The
villains were soundly defeated. Ironthorn and Captain Rock used their
magicweaving to teleport to the capital with Black Bear, the only villain who
survived the fight. This attempted travel failed and the heroes reappeared with
APE-X and REDUX, two incredibly powerful apemen villains, in tow. A massive
battle resulted in the destruction of APE-X by Blackfoot and the massed attacks
of the Silver Knot defeated and slew REDUX.
Now the
team can turn its attention back to the dimensional portal and the realm
beyond.
Monkfish
destroyed a large part of the Shin Fleet at O-Kai-Lea, discovering that the
mysterious Sky Samurai were actually disguised Air Phasars resembling the hero
Cardinal.
After
entering the mainland of O-Kai-Lea, Monkfish battled Lord Shin, only to be
defeated by his magical armour's powers and his armed forces. Monkfish is now a
prisoner of Lord Shin.
The Emerald
Avenger has disappeared from view near the Utter Western city of Muhluk, the
so-called City of Kings...
