KNIGHTWATCH SMASHES MEETING OF UNIDENTIFIED SUPERVILLAIN TEAM, UNCOVERS STRANGE GOINGS-ON IN THE CUTPURSE QUARTER
Reluctantly braving the sewers of the whore-infested Cutpurse Quarter in northern Myth. City, Knightwatch uncovered a cabal of powerful supervillains including FRENZY, the brain of a murderer in a golem's mighty body, OROKU-SAN, ageless ninja master, and The SANDMAN, a marauding elemental monster. All fell to the blades and powers of Knightwatch. What was not clear is exactly what is going on in the criminal underworld of the Wild Lands - and beyond.
MYTHTROPOLIS GAZETTE WELCOMES NEW STAFFER
Two new staffers have joined the Mythtropolis Gazette. Arlena Greig of Ienos City is a recognised Bard and Herald who will be covering society affairs and Court matters. She comes highly recommended with royal references.
Also supposed to be joining the paper's staff was William White, a trainee herald and printer's devil. He was to be attending on the City Watch and compiling broadsheets, ink damnations and scandalsheets from those distributed by the Town Criers and Bellmen. However, he has failed to report for work. His brother, Cain White, is now trying tofind out where his brother disappeared to.
SILVER KNOT BATTLE SUPER-VILLAINS AS CITY GOES MAD
The Silver Knot teamed up with Vanguard of the Knightwatch to battle Jackanapes, an immensely powerful daemon Spawn of Sutekh and the witch-princess known as Denizen in a series of pitched battles which left the beggar's market near Jetty Road destroyed.
EMERALD AVENGER APPEARS AS URTAAN THE SAGE SUFFERS KIDNAP
The Emerald Avenger, the gladiatrix of the green flame, appeared in the streets of the capital to assist the Silver Knot as a terrible time gate opened beneath the Crimson Emporium theatre. She stood revealed as the source of some of the recent sightings of green fireballs and strange meteorological effects.
The SIlver Knot have leaped through a black magic time gate with the able aid of Vanguard, whose "Golden Frenzy" weargolem armour provided the dimensional magics needed to successfully take the team back into the mists of time... The team MUST destroy the focus of the evil magics that lies in the past, or the present perishes!
The Emerald Avenger has remained in the present to:
*find Urtaan,
*battle the newly-formed MONSTER SOCIETY OF INJUSTICE and
*answer charges from Ienos that she is a murderer and sky pirate!
