MYSTERIOUS GREEN FIREBALLS SIGHTED IN RUINED CITY OF ASKOR, ROGUES GUILD DESTROYED
Inexplicable sightings of green fireballs have continued unabated; the latest story is that a green firestorm struck central Askor, levelling a secret rogues' guild there and destroying several magical items.
SILVER KNOT TRAVEL TO THE EASTERN SEA
The Silver Knot has continued the War of the Elements quest, seeking more pieces of the puzzle in the Eastern Sea.
Rescuing a Dome City from the control of a monstrous devil-worshipper, the team recovered the city's resources and left it a better place. After a brief side-trek into the wild blue yonder the team returned to Mythtropolis, belated successes having been gained.
PSYCHIC SEVEN DEFEAT THE TEN-STOREY TITAN
The Psychic Seven: seven youngsters with incredible dedication to the heroic ideal of their idols, The Silver Knot. The team is composed of DAVEY, kid sidekick and his leader GROMKIN, a towering orange tyrannosaur; GOLD SHIELD, dwarf woman-warrior and peerless inventor; DRAX the Dragonslayer, adolescent Minotaur swashbuckler; GREEN KNIGHT, teenaged monarch of the Spirewood Forests; THE SCAMP, Halfling girl warrior; and BLUE EYES, a girl born different, left for dead in the wilderness and eventually raised and educated as an orphan at the Haranlarche Academy in Daggerford.
The Psychic Seven relocated from the capital, Mythtropolis, to the woodlands settlement of Spirekeep. Shortly after the team established itself in the New Tower at Spirekeep a summons was issued for them by Count Parlfrey of Haranshire. Arriving at the Count's decaying town, Thormastre, the team discovered a colossal barbarian -- a planetouched human who the locals called The Ten-Storey Titan.
After a fierce battle, the team managed to defeat the monstrous malefactor, who was shrunk to half normal size by the powerful Wildmagics of Blue Eyes. Drained by her exertions, Blue Eyes remained in Thormastre to be tended by the Brotherhood of Haran, a healer cult based in Thormastre's outer pallisade district. The rest of The Psychic Seven returned to the New Tower, battered but proud of the first victory of the new team line-up.
The Ten-Storey Titan was later transported by River Wardens to the Bitterstone Prison in Mythtropolis where he will serve out a two year sentence for Disturbing the King's Peace.
