Player of the week for (April 26th - May 2nd) is OF - Mel (Master Melvin) Ott of the North Dallas
Forty. For the week Mel batted .375 (12-32) with three home runs, two doubles, knocked in seven
runs and scored seven times. His slugging average for the week was .719 and he led the league in
home runs. Mel had at least two hits in four of the seven games he played in this week and had
four extra base hit games in a row. Mel seems to be bouncing back from a sub par 1932.

four runs batted in and scored three times.
OF - Paul (Big Poison) Waner of Montgomery who for the week batted .400 (10-25) with one home
run, four doubles, seven runs batted in and scored twice.
