MONTGOMERY CLOSES GAP TO TWO GAMES
Montgomery (42-46) turned around and closed their deficit on North Dallas (45-35). St Louis (35-43) also 
made gains in the past week. Hattiesburg (27-52) has actually been playing much better as of late, but still 
have the worst record in the DBS.
Fremont (46-33) and Harlem (46-33) continue to trade positions in the standings. Sahara (40-39) has won 5 
of their last 7 and are the hottest team in the league. Pawtucket (35-45) is reeling with a nine game 
losing streak that has landed them 11.5 games out of first. 



PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Charley Gelbert
Player of the week for (June 19th – June 25th) is SS Charley Gelbert of St. Louis. Charley was awarded a 
starting position halfway through the week and preceded to bat .667 (10-15) in four games with two 
home runs, two doubles and a triple amassing a 1.333 slugging percentage. Charley also had five runs 
batted in and scored five times himself. In his four starts Charley had at least two hits in each 
game and had only one game without an extra base hit, twice hitting a home run and a double in the same game.
