WEEK 8, 1932



FREMONT SLUMP CONTINUES
Fremont (31-22) ended a 7-game skid but saw the lead over second place Harlem (29-24) fall to 2 games. 
Pawtucket (26-28) have slumped a little, but actually gained groung on the Furtraders. Sahara (25-28) 
had a weird week. In a game against the hapless DoubleWides, the Jihad had 36 baserunners but only scored 
7 times in a 17-inning loss. 
North Dallas (31-23) have moved into first place by a game over the Montgomery Burns (29-23). St Louis 
(23-29) is playing better than any other team right now, winning 10 of their last 12. Hattiesburg (18-35), 
on the other hand, is stone cold, and dropping off fast. 



PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tom Zachary
Player of the week for (May 22nd – May 28th) is RP Tom Zachary of the Harlem Knights. Tom was a 
workhorse for the Knights this week appearing in all seven games accumulating a record of 1-0 with 
two saves and striking out seven. Tom did not allow a run the entire week while pitching in 11 1/3 
innings. For the Month Tom has amassed a 3-1 record with seven saves appearing in 20 games and 
striking out seventeen.
