Reigning MVP Al Simmons, currently leading the DBS with 39 home runs, fractured his wrist after being hit by a pitch in the fourth inning of the Plague's 9 to 5 loss to the Harlem Knights. If the Plague succeed in winning the DBS Southeast division title, Simmons may be ready to play in the World Series.
