ATTENDANCE: Roll call of officers was taken. A quorum was in attendance.

MINUTES OF PRECEEDING MEETING: Read and approved with no corrections.

FORMS 100: None.

REPORTS:

Chaplain reported that Renew adult religious education classes are available.

Treasurer reported a balance of $623.23 with three checks outstanding. Had a bill for 11.34 for candy at parish picnic.

The audit went out on time.

Chancellor reminded us of prayer for vocations in the chapel on the first Monday of each month at 7 PM. There is a vocation dinner here on October 26th.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

Chose directors for each of the committees: Larry Connell is Program Director, Paul Saras is Family Director, Ross Borden is Community Director, Tom Donovan is Council Director, Mike Stefanic is Youth Director, Fred Sisneros is Church Director, and Walt Donovan is Membership Director.

Pancake breakfast is on September 9th. New menu donated by Simplot.

Bylaws, as presented, carried. Marty will check to see if we can post them on our web site.

NEW BUSINESS:

There is a reception for the new deacons at the church on October 21st and our council will help set up and clean up after the event.

Rake up Boise is coming up.

State Convention is April 19-21 at the Holiday Inn. Meeting Friday the 28th.

GUEST SPEAKERS:

District Deputy presented the Columbian Award for Fraternal Year 2000-2001 to Past Grand Knight Larry Connell.
