DATE: December 12th, 2001. Called to order by Chancellor, Paul Saras, at 7:35.

ATTENDANCE: Roll call of officers was taken. Chaplain, GK, and DGK were absent. A quorum was in attendance.

MINUTES OF PRECEEDING MEETING: Read and approved with no corrections.

FORMS 100: None. Combined 2nd and 3rd Degree in Caldwell on January 13th. REPORTS:

Treasurer reported a balance of $1148.31.

Financial Secretary reported he sent out dues requests on December 1st, we need to drop 4 members for consistent non-payment of dues and lack of participation in Knights’ activities. There was a snag with RSVP. Passed around a card for seminarian Rob Cook.

Trustees reported that the audit is coming up in January.

Knights and Boy Scout Troop 7 teamed up to “Rake up Boise” and did 5 homes. Jim Robinson and youth group also participated in the program.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

Family Director, Paul Saras proposed a family night after a mass in January. He will pick a date and report it at next meeting.

Next pancake breakfast is January 20th.

Voted to give $200 to Fr. Dennis for needy families in the parish.

NEW BUSINESS:

Voted and passed a proposal to donate $150 seed money to state to get next convention going.

GUEST SPEAKERS:

District Deputy, Marty Merriman mentioned a video is available from last Supreme Council meeting and that there is a State officers meeting on Saturday, December 8th.
