Underneath it he wears a dark blue vest with white lines, black combat pants, and steel toe combat boots. He wears a single piece of jewerly, a choker with Almasy engraved on it. He has a single scar across his forehead, courtesy of his rival, Squall Leonhart.

Personality: Seifer is considered a show-off and a snob. He can be cruel and tends to taunt anyone who he considers 'beneath' him. Underneath his attitude he desires nothing more than to be a hero...aKnight worthy of a Lady.
