My name is Neil Edson, and I am a perfusion student at the Medical University of South Carolina. I grew up on Long Island, NY, where I somehow managed not to pick up the accent. However, whenever I go home I can turn it on so as not to look like a tourist.
Where I Am
At the present time, I reside in Charleston, South Carolina where I will be completing perfusion school in the spring. After that, who knows?? But it does not matter because no matter where I go I'll always be there.
What I Am
Perfusionist, Percussionist, Student. There are many terms that I can use to describe myself, and I'm not sure which one really fits. It often depends upon the moment.
How I Am
Very well. Very good. Very happy. I've got the two of the three things I need to survive. How about you?
There are not many of us around, well I take that back since I have around 60 cousins on my pop's side. Florida is the state where my dad now resides. He is retired and competes in tennis tournaments. My mother and stepfather (Joe) live in Long Island along with my dog Brandy. Brandy is a Golden Retriever. My mom is from Valley Stream and my stepfather was born in Holland. My sister is a certified public accountant who works in Washington D.C.
