Figuring Out Michael Jackson
I recently saw the TV special "Living With Michael Jackson".  Recently Jackson has also (again) been charged with child molestation.  So of course it's my duty to exspress my views and assumptions on the matter (because I have a website).
Let's start by addressing the first thing a person might notice about Jackson, he acts and believes himself to be a child, when actually he's a 44 year old man (or woman, the jury is still out on that one).  So if he did ever molest a child it's highly possible that he would believe himself to be inocent simply based on the fact that he believes he is a child and therefore it would not be considered molestation.  Also in some documents about the incident in 1994 the victum had said that Jackson said (he said she said I said) "All my other friends let me do this, If you love me you'll let me, ect."
The 1994 case ended in a 20 million dollar settlement due to the fact that the child in question would not testify against Jackson (because of this California laws have changed).  One theory about this case as to why the child refused to testify is that the mother saw a way of getting rich and famous fairly quickly because Jackson is an easy target.  The child in this theory didn't testify because A. the molestation never happened, and B. he didn't want to hurt Jackson further.  However this is all just theory.  Another theory about the 1994 case is that Jackson settleted so that he would not be proven guilty and to save what little was left of his good reputation.
Recent news about the current molestation charges say that Jackson says the claims are "A big lie".  Small words, short sentance, typical perhaps of a 4 year old but Jackson is 44.  We can almost assume that Jackson now believes his 13 year old accuser to be a "Big fat doody head."  But in all seriousness Jackson's statement further proves that he refuses to accept an adult frame of mind.
The TV special "Living With Michael Jackson" adressed the baby dangling over the balcony incident.  While I believe that Jackson was not trying to kill his own child I have to adress that in the TV special while being interviewed about the incident he had the infant in his arms and was bouncing the baby on his knee at a rapid and nervous pace (in fact i'm surprized the child survivied and didn't get shaken baby syndrom).  While this information doesn't prove Jackson to be innocent of his recent charges it does prove that he may not put enough thought into his actions regarding his children.  Also in the TV special he took his two older children, Paris and Prince Michael I to the zoo.  While there, crowds quickly gathered making it a dangerous place for his children to be in yet he still decied to forge on through the zoo with his children so he could see the gorillas.  It's reported that Prince Michael I was poked in the eye durring the incident, not anything near what horrible harm could have occured but it still could have been prevented throught better judgement.
As far as the whole ordeal with his children and wearing masks, I can see his point as to why he makes them wear masks with him in public.  The issue being with their privacy and such.  Realistically because of this his kids have probably been out millions of times without the masks and nobody knew that they where Paris and Prince Jackson.  So I don't think that has as big of a mental toll on them as people assume especially compared to all other aspects of their life.  The big question regarding their mental state that I would have to ask would be because of all the other children at Neverland Ranch that Michael Jackson hangs out with combined with his busy lifestyle do his children get enough attention from him directly or do they feel pushed aside because of his other friends and his job?  Also as the children of a star are they being spoiled rotten and destined to the Jackson legacy of being a 44 year old child or will they grow up to be normal well balanced adults who act age apropriate?
One other obvious aspect of Michael Jackson is that he was born a poor black boy and is now a rich white ... person.  He claims to have never had more than 2 plastic surjuries and that he has the skin whitening disorder vitiligo.  However I did research on the disorder and found that most people with it don't fade out in color like jackson did, rather they have patches of white skin (kinda how a cow's skin has black spots).  It's possible that because of his profession that he used make-up to hide his "spots" however over the course of afew years his skin tone over all faded out.  Most people with vitiligo who choose to conceal it do so with make-up of their original skin tone.  Most make-up for people who have vitiligo has a sun block in it where as Jackson because he has no pigment left in his skin carries an umbrella.  It is possible to bleach your skin out.  It's possible that he has vitiligo and bleached his skin out compleatly so he wouldn't have to wear make up to even out his skin tone.  However I don't believe this to be the case, personally.  When questioned about his face and skin tone he became nervous and looked around the room.  To me it just seemed like he was lying.
To conclude I find it self evident that Jackson lies and believes himself to be a child.  I also believe his actions prove that he is not a fit parent because he acts like a child.  Yes he may be a fun child like person which may make him fun for children to be around but when it comes to parenting children can't be parents.  Giving full custody of children to a 10 year old is not a good idea.  Should his children be taken away?  No.  Should they be left with Jackson as full gaurdian and supervisor?  No.  Jackson's children need another parent figure in their life to be the voice of reason.  They need someone in their life who is not afraid to tell them or Jackson himself, NO.  No you can not have another piece of candy, no you can not go to the zoo if there is a mob there, no you can not dangle a baby over a balcony, I don't care how many screaming fans there are.  Wether or not his is or isn't indeed a child molester can not be told simply by the vauge observations of his lifestyle.  But at the moment i'd say there's atleast a 50/50 chance.  He has admitted that he sleeps (in a strict literal sense of the word) with children.  It's possible that his recent accuser is looking for money (especailly considering that the child in question had cancer which is exspensive to treat and cure).  Either way he's certainly a unique person with more than one skeleton in his closet... maybe even one that belonged to the elephant man.
