REPORTE DE UNA MISI�N DE PAZ A COLOMBIA Y VENEZUELA
Una peque�a Paz Total: La Unica Respuesta. Un Nuevo Tiempo: el Unico Camino.

1.- Gandhi ir�a � Fue solamente despu�s de haber renunciado a todo temor o preocupaci�n acerca de viajar al extranjero en el despertar del ataque terrorista del 9.11, que una vocesita en mi interior dijo : � Gandhi ir�a.� S�, Gandhi ir�a a Colombia y Venezuela, en busca de un mejor camino para la paz, especialmente en un tiempo en que las nubes de la guerra crecen m�s oscuras cada d�a. Hac�a siete a�os, desde que hab�amos estado la �ltima vez en Colombia y Venezuela, y, si nada m�s, est�bamos curiosos acerca del crecimiento y presente estado de la Red de Arte Planetario- del Movimiento Mundial de Paz Cambio al Calendario de Trece Lunas- en pa�ses donde no hab�amos dedicado tiempo, excepto para la siembra inicial. Fue al final del Primer a�o de Profec�a, y durante la primera parte del Segundo A�o de Profec�a, ambos en 1994, cuando dedicamos considerable tiempo en estos pa�ses, en la parte m�s al norte de Sudam�rica, donde Los Andes tienen su origen antes de dirigirse en su serpentino curso hacia la Patagonia y La Tierra del Fuego.
Observando los eventos ocurridos en Am�rica en los dos meses desde el 9.11, caracterizado por un fenomenal surgimiento de patriotismo de banderas ondeantes, tambi�n, hab�amos concluido, que ser�a bueno tener una peque�a perspectiva desde m�s all� de las fronteras de Am�rica (E.U). Una cosa era cierta. Desde el 9.11, sab�amos que el prop�sito de nuestro Movimiento de Paz, el cambio universal del calendario para el 26 de Julio del 2004, ahora, tomaba un aire de suprema urgencia , porque en ninguna parte del Mundo podr�amos ver o sentir la clase de movimiento de paz comprensiva, que nosotros sab�amos era necesaria , como una voz igual a la intensidad de la guerra que ahora ocurr�a en Afganist�n y en el Medio Oriente. Fue, tambi�n, nuestro primer paso a trav�s del, nuevamente, elevado sistema de seguridad del Aeropuerto.
Cuando fuimos chequeados en el Aeropuerto de Portland, con destino final, Medell�n, el agente de tiquetes remarc�: � Medell�n, .. �.para qu� quer�is ir all� ? � No es un territorio peligroso ?� Mirando alrededor del aeropuerto, uno pod�a ver la Guardia Nacional, asegur�ndose de que este aeropuerto no llegara a ser tan peligroso como Medell�n. Apreciando la iron�a, nos fuimos para nuestro viaje. El pesadamente armado aeropuerto de Los Angeles, se sent�a como si se esperara que ocurriera un desastre . Miami estaba todo dormido cuando llegamos. Las historias de los peri�dicos hablaban de la sofocaci�n del mot�n de la prisi�n talibana con el uso de los bombarderos de E.U En la CNN de la televisi�n del aeropuerto , cada quince minutos, una serie de gentes proclaman : � Yo soy un americano..� Finalmente, despegamos para Bogot�, capital de Colombia. Volando sobre Cuba, pod�a ver las verdes colinas y peque�as v�as rurales que Fidel Castro no hab�a acercado a la globalizaci�n. Cuando est�bamos sentados en el aeropuerto de Bogot�, esperando nuestro �ltimo vuelo para Medell�n, en la omnipresente televisi�n, observamos im�genes de Osama Bin Laden y del World Trade Center estallando. Era un video de m�sica popular; � Merengue a Bin Laden,� algo que, definitivamente, no ver�as en los E.U. Un art�culo en la revista de la aerol�nea reflexionaba sobre la diferencia del �topless� occidental y la �burka� usada por la mujeres de Afganist�n, mientras un fot�grafo del aeropuerto de Ankara mostraba la mujer musulmana, todas sus facciones cubiertas, de pi� en frente de una gigantesca cartelera representando una mujer rubia solt�ndose su bikini. Nosotros reflexionamos sobre estas im�genes. �Qu� mundo! Ve�amos claramente la cultura del mundo dominante- el G-7 ( ahora el G-8 o, a�n, el G-20) dominado por los instrumentos del falso tiempo, el reloj mec�nico y el calendario gregoriano. Sea en el �primer mundo� de Norteam�rica o de Europa o en el �tercer mundo� de Latinoam�rica, la cultura dominante era, universalmente , la misma- publicidad complaciente y sugestiva, soccer o f�tbol, placer seductor, y un vulgar materialismo, protegido por doquier por los fusiles. � Qu� estaba proveyendo esta cultura dominante, sino los m�s bajos instintos? Y medit�bamos en la cultura del Islam, tan profundamente mal percibida, porque en su ra�z, sus valores p�blicos enfatizan no el materialismo sino la elevaci�n moral y espiritual. La Iglesia y el Estado no han sido separados como lo est�n en Occidente, y , ahora, el Islam estaba siendo coaccionado y arrastrado hacia la defensa de un sistema de valores , que s�lo busca socavarlo. La Tesis de Huntington: � El Choque Venidero de las Civilizaciones,� estaba ocurriendo ahora. � Ser�a el mundo entero hecho seguro para Mac Donalds y Microsoft, a expensas de la existencia de otras culturas y civilizaciones destru�das, por no �comprar en� la sociedad dominante, dirigida, como es, por un modelo puramente econ�mico del mundo? O ceder�a algo y una biodiversidad cultural florecer�a, de nuevo, en este planeta? En la respuesta a estas preguntas, subyace el prop�sito de nuestra misi�n de paz.
Esper�ndonos, en el aeropuerto de Medell�n , estaba Rodrigo Alarc�n � Estrella Solar Amarilla- y un peque�o grupo de kines repletos de Banderas de la Paz. A diferencia de nuestra �ltima visita cuando hab�amos pasado un tiempo en una finca rural ( finca o plantaci�n de estilo colonial) , esta vez, nuestro equipo nos ubic� por dos noches en el Hotel Sheraton Four Points- una habitaci�n con panor�mica. Diez pisos arriba, en el lado sur de moda de la ciudad de Medell�n. La ciudad puede ser vista estrechando sus barrios de ladrillo rojo hacia las monta�as en el otro lado del Valle. Notable por el narcotr�fico, Medell�n es la segunda ciudad de Colombia, sede de mucha de su industria pesada, como tambi�n, siendo el centro de la Moda del pa�s- evidente en los muchas carteleras de modelos, existencialmente, estilizadas, en cierto estado de medio desnudas entre un par de jeans de moda y una botella de cerveza. Medell�n, tambi�n, se jacta de su reputaci�n art�stica, m�s notable a trav�s del trabajo de escultura y de pintura del artista, mundialmente renombrado, Botero. El tr�fico en los �ltimos siete a�os s�lo ha aumentado- buses pintados a todo color y camiones expeliendo nubes de humo nocivo, y un constante smog se cierne sobre el distrito central expandi�ndose sobre el valle. Al medio d�a, el tr�fico es bloqueado. El hotel est� promoviendo su semana Cubana � cocina cubana y un grupito de salsa que calienta las noches, aunque all�, no hay m�s audiencia que nosotros dos.
En la segunda tarde de nuestra estad�a damos nuestra primera conferencia p�blica: � Paz Total: Unica Respuesta. Un Nuevo Tiempo: Unico Camino.� Estuvimos en un auditorium en la parte antigua de la ciudad. Hay una asistencia de unas 300 personas, incluyendo un reportero y su equipo de un canal de televisi�n local. El 9.11 parece estar en la mente de todo el mundo. � Qu� significa y qu� trae para el futuro ? � Qu� parar� a los Americanos en su guerra contra el mundo? A la luz del efecto del acontecimiento en la mente de la gente, empezamos por responder la pregunta: � �Qu� har�a Gandhi, hoy ? � Qu� har�a hoy, Martin Luther King Jr?. Cada uno de ellos ten�a una meta clara. Uno de ellos, ganar la Independencia de la India, libr�ndose de los dominadores Ingleses; el otro, acabar con la discriminaci�n racial de parte de la sociedad blanca dominante. Ambos utilizaron medios no violentos y establecieron movimientos poderosos y estrategias para cumplir sus metas.
Hoy , no es , precisamente, un pa�s, sino el mundo entero , el que necesita asegurar la paz. � D�nde est� el movimiento mundial de paz, hoy ? Puede el mundo asegurarse de la paz, sin recurrir a la violencia? S�, si podemos identificar la causa ra�z de los problemas , que afligen a la biosfera hoy, y, luego, eliminar esa causa ra�z, pac�ficamente. El problema ra�z es el tiempo artificial mecanizado- el resultado de lo cual es el desorden mecanizado de la sociedad global dominante. Este problema ra�z est� perpetuado por un programa particular: el calendario gregoriano. Un calendario, es un instrumento para programar la mente y la sociedad entera , que lo usa. El calendario gregoriano opera en un programa de 28 a�os, como una grabadora de fon�grafo, que toca por 28 a�os, y, luego, repite sus motivos para otro toque de 28 a�os. Un a�o del calendario gregoriano se repite, precisamente, cada 28 a�os. 1945 se repite en 1973, y ambos, a�os se repiten, de nuevo, en el 2001. 1945 estuvo caracterizado por la destrucci�n at�mica de Hiroshima y Nagasaki; 1973, vi� la sublimaci�n de su gemela destrucci�n en el completamiento de las Torres Gemelas, inauguradas el 4 de abril de 1973. El escenario de la destrucci�n gemelar fue, luego, repetida el ataque del 9.11 y el subsecuente colapso de las Torres Gemelas. El 2001 inaugura otro ciclo de 28 a�os.
En la presente fecha, para la conclusi�n de este ciclo de 28 a�os, en el a�o 2029, la vida de la Tierra ser� casi destru�da. Si quer�is paz y un futuro en este planeta para vuestros hijos, romped el ciclo, ahora. Si no destru�s este programa ahora, �l nos destruir� dentro de los pr�ximos 28 a�os. Un�os a la Campa�a para el Nuevo Tiempo, y estad listos para el 26 de julio del 2004, para romper el programa del calendario gregoriano, de apocalipsis, guerra y destrucci�n biosf�rica, mientras haya tiempo -tiempo para entrar en un nuevo Tiempo de paz y armon�a- a trav�s del est�ndar arm�nico del calendario de Trece Lunas de 28 d�as. Entonces, nos podemos reunir en la fecha l�mite del 2012, habiendo tomado una buena decisi�n en nombre de la paz y la biosfera. P�r otra parte, el 9.11 fue el �Evento Inevitable�- inevitable porque era la �nica forma en que la biosfera enviara una alerta en el sentido de que la tecnosfera hab�a recorrido su curso y de que la transici�n a la Noosfera era inminente, tan inminente como el 2004. No os pod�is resistir a la evoluci�n. Si nosotros no cambiamos, la Tierra nos cambiar�.
Tales fueron, en esencia, los argumentos por nosotros presentados, argumentos que, s�lo ampliar�amos y expandir�amos durante la gira por los dos pa�ses. En la v�a afuera del Auditorio, un kin nos entreg� un documento titulado: � La profec�a Maya y las Torres gemelas.� Armado por un kin colombiano, Mano Gal�ctica, el documento es un brillante an�lisis del Encantamiento del Sue�o de los eventos alrededor de las Torres Gemelas. Lo m�s sorprendente es, que las Torres gemelas fueron dedicadas el kin Mono Espectral, kin 11, el primero de la secuencia de trece kines Mono en el Tzolkin. Definitivamente, asuntos del Mono. Pero, Gran Tiempo !
2�El Congreso del Tiempo y de la Paz Mundial, Templo de los Siete Soles- Centro Tzolkin- Medell�n �Colombia, Luna entonada 16-22. Cerca del medio d�a de la Luna Entonada 15, Perro Entonado Blanco, nuestro anfitri�n, Rodrigo Alarc�n , Estrella Solar , uno de los originales Magos de la Tierra de Picarqu�n, hab�a llegado en su antiguo campero verde para recogernos y llevarnos al �Templo de los Siete Soles�. Sito del Congreso de siete d�as. Hab�amos conocido a Rodrigo desde nuestro primer viaje a Colombia,. El se hab�a graduado en la Escuela de Medicina en 1965, y estuvo envuelto en la pol�tica radical de ese tiempo. A fines de los a�os 70s, empez� a volver su atenci�n hacia la medicina alternativa, y, eventualmente, evolucionar hacia la Medicina Bioenerg�tica, y, a fines de los a�os 80s , hacia la t�cnicas tao�stas. A principios de los 90s, ya hab�a conocido el Factor Maya- que estaban traduciendo en Medell�n- y descubri� �La Tierra en Ascenso� y hab�a emprendido la traducci�n de �l. Cuando nos encontramos en 1994, ya casi hab�a completado la traducci�n. Su dedicaci�n a la Ley del Tiempo, di� como resultado las traducciones, tanto del �Tratado del Tiempo� como de �Las 20 Tablas de la Ley del Tiempo .� Avanzando en nuestro camino, a trav�s de peque�os poblados en la monta�a, adquiriendo provisiones, ac� y all�, para el Congreso, finalmente, llegamos al �Templo de los Siete Soles.�
Por 22 a�os, Rodrigo ha tenido esta propiedad. La casa original donde estuvimos, es , virtualmente , la �nica con esquinas cuadradas. El resto del Templo es un ondeante complejo org�nico fluido de estructuras. En un lado, las estructuras ofrecen dormitorios para m�s de 70 personas. Arriba en la ladera hay jardines y orqu�deas. Por todas partes, el piso consta de mosaicos c�smicos. Al otro lado de la casa central, est� el conjunto de la cocina y el Templo mismo, aproximado por una escalera serpentina, que conduce al hall principal, a�n en trance de ser completado , cuando llegamos. Asentado en un dram�tico costado de la monta�a, que desciende hacia un peque�o ca��n de r�o, antes de elevarse , empinadamente , arriba de otra monta�a, el Templo de los Siete Soles es , verdaderamente, de una presencia de ensue�o.
Unas 76 personas est�n all� reunidas para el Congreso. La mayor�a de Colombia, representando todos los mayores centros del pa�s: Bogot� , Cali, Medell�n, Barranquilla, Armenia, Manizales entre otros- con una, igualmente diversa, cuadr�cula , desde gente vieja como Graciela, una dise�adora de Bogot�, casada por 45 a�os con el mismo hombre, hasta representantes de la m�s nueva generaci�n, incluyendo miembros de uno de los m�s activos grupos de Rap-Hip Hop de la ciudad de Medell�n: �NRP- Colombianos del barrio�. Adem�s de los colombianos, hab�a representantes de Yugoeslavia, Suiza, Espa�a, Costa Rica, Brasil, Argentina, Ecuador y Chile. Por siete d�as, dimos una charla de tres horas , desde la 10 a.m a la 1pm. El grupo se dividi� en los cinco grupos de las familias terrestres , que se reun�an en las tardes. Por las noches, hubo sesiones dedicadas al Encantamiento del Sue�o, el Telektonon, Las 20 Tablas de la Ley del Tiempo y el 7:7::7:7. Dimos gran �nfasis a la creaci�n del Consejo Bioregional del PAN, y su papel en la �Campa�a para el Nuevo Tiempo,�como tambi�n, a la creaci�n de las comisiones de : Traducci�n, Educaci�n, Publicidad, Alianzas estrat�gicas y Comunidad. El sentido de urgencia del post 9.11, se tradujo en el sentido de urgencia para despertar un movimiento de paz y encontrarse en una fecha l�mite: el 26 de julio del 2004.
Alrededor del segundo y tercer d�a, un sentimiento de separatividad estuvo empezando a desarrollarse entre la gente joven, unos 30 o 40 de la representaci�n total, muchos de los cuales estaban en carpas en parte de abajo del complejo de la edificaci�n central. Al cuarto d�a, decidimos tener una reuni�n con ellos. Despu�s de un muy honesto intercambio, teniendo en cuenta el uso de la marihuana, llegamos a un punto de com�n entendimiento y mutuo respeto. El l�der de la Alianza NRP se pone de pi�, y dice: que ellos no est�n buscando una fotos con nosotros , pero que, con seguridad, ser�a grandioso si pudi�ramos abrazarnos todos unos a otros. Y, as�, termin� nuestra reuni�n con los j�venes entre abrazos, l�grimas y cantos. Este sentimiento amoroso, continu� por el resto del Congreso. Los abrazos se repitieron el �ltimo d�a entre todos los miembros del Congreso.
En ese d�a final, Tierra Cristal Roja, las cinco familias terrestres presentaron las resoluciones para hacer volver el Congreso hacia los pasos de la acci�n concreta ( �stas ser�n enviadas a www.tortuga.com ). El grupo juvenil present� y ley� el � Llamado urgente a la Juventud�, que se reimprime al final de este documento. Luego, vino la meditaci�n de la Tierra Cristal , pasando,despu�s, la Bandera Arcoiris Wiphala, haciendo el voto o promesa para defender la Tierra y el Nuevo Tiempo, por siete veces siete generaciones por venir. La ceremonia final para los trabajadores encargados del manteniemiento y construcci�n del Templo de los Siete Soles, cre� una atm�sfera altamente festiva, con un sentido de �xito y de compromiso con la meta del Nuevo Tiempo, como la �nica forma de alcanzar la paz mundial. Si existe alguna gente llena de coraz�n en la Tierra, son los colombianos- esto, a pesar de que ellos viven en medio de lo que, parece ser, la violencia sin fin y la guerra civil. Quiz�s, ahora, una nueva fuerza no-violenta por la paz , pueda surgir.

Los trabajadores, reuni�ndose en los paraderos de buses en la oscuridad previa al alba, para ir a sus trabajos en la ciudad, hac�a un efecto conmovedor. � Cu�ndo llegar�a este mundo a un completo alto ? � Qu� lo conducir�a ? Sent�amos una profunda responsabilidad por evocar un movimiento de paz como el de Gandhi, de modo que pudi�ramos llevar al mundo a un alto en el 2004, con el fin de que todos pudieran observar la transici�n de un tiempo de guerra a un tiempo de paz. Ya no hab�a, a�n, la posibilidad de pensar de que eso no pudiera ocurrir. El Congreso nos hab�a catalizado. Nuestras vidas estaban , ahora, apostadas al d�a �Fuera-del-Tiempo y el D�a de A�o Nuevo, Espejo Espectral Blanco y Tormenta Cristal Azul, respectivamente, en el 2004. La onda sincr�nica de los eventos de Equinoccio, Solsticio y D�a-Fuera-del-Tiempo, estaban puestas en movimiento. El llamado para la unificaci�n de los PANs Bioregionales y la creaci�n de los Consejos y, de all�, crear los Congresos del Pueblo, hab�a sido emitido.
Cuando el sol sali�, serpente�bamos hacia lo alto por otra monta�a desde Medell�n hasta el aeropuerto , despidi�ndonos de nuestro amigable colega y anfitri�n, Rodrigo Alarc�n. Acompa�ados , ahora, por la Mago de la Tierra, Patricia- Humano Espectral, y en compa��a de otros dos kines que hab�an asistido al Congreso, aterrizamos en el aeropuerto de Bogot�, una vez m�s.
Esper�ndonos all�, estaban los Magos de la Tierra, Reynaldo- Caminante del Cielo Espectral y Yadiva- Semilla Planetaria. El padre de Reynaldo hab�a muerto el d�a Caminante del Cielo Gal�ctico , y, �l y Yadiva, hab�an regresado a Bogot�, de modo que era grandioso tener unos pocos minutos para conclu�r el Congreso para �llos.
Reynaldo era creativo como siempre, su cerebro radial batiendo demostraciones visuales del tiempo radial. Y, ahora, ten�an un beb� para ocuparse de �l, tambi�n. Les aconsejamos en la necesidad de conseguirse un trabajo, y pensar en dicho trabajo como un servicio para poder sostener econ�micamente su visi�n 13:20. Luego, partimos para Venezuela, en alguna forma tan diferente de Colombia, como el d�a y la noche. Venezuela era una de la originales naciones de la OPEC, el �nico pa�s occidental, a la vez. Y el sentido de la riqueza del petr�leo a�n se prolonga en las modernas altas elevaciones de Caracas, en cuya mitad pueden verse las espirales de la m�s grande mezquita del hemisferio occidental
Cuando aterriz�bamos en el aeropuerto de Caracas, nuestros nombres fueron llamados. Nos dijeron que deb�amos ir a la Sala VIP- el Sal�n VIP- para una conferencia de prensa. Nos sentamos por unos 20 o 30 minutos, pero la prensa no apareci�. No obstante, era una buena bienvenida a Venezuela, y dejamos la Sala VIP con un talante m�s relajado, habiendo librado la aduana, fuimos saludados por los kines venezolanos, quienes, junto con banderas de la paz, ten�an una gran bandera con nuestros nombres, en la forma m�s triunfal. Junto con los kines de Venezuela, incluyendo a Pedro-Humano Magn�tico, Xiomara-Drag�n R�tmico, Alexander Ch�vez �Enlazador de Mundos El�ctrico y Romelia-Sol Espectral, hab�a una gran sorpresa y placer- nuestro camarada en la lucha com�n, Alberto Ruz, el Subcoyote mismo, l�der de la caravana Arcoiris de Paz. No ve�amos a Alberto Ruz- Mono C�smico- desde el Consejo de Ur, el D�a-Fuera-del-Tiempo y D�a de A�o Nuevo, en 1998, en Mil�n, Italia; y, precisamente, estos tres a�os cu�nto ha cambiado!!
A trav�s de Patricia , quien hab�a hecho contacto con un par de hermanas, Marcela- Tormenta 5 y Macarena- Tormenta 6, hab�amos obtenido un puesto para estar el apartamento de Otto Boye, el padre de la dos hermanas. Nacido en Chile, de ascendencia alemana, Otto Boye, es, entre otras muchas cosas, el primer embajador de Chile en Venezuela, el autor de numerosos libros, incluyendo uno magn�fico sobre la� No-violencia Activa,� y es, ahora el Director de las 28 Naciones del SELA ( Sistema Econ�mico de Latinoam�rica). Llegando al elegante, pero, sencillamente adornado, apartamento del piso 10, fuimos enterados de los eventos por venir, que inclu�a la invitaci�n personal del Presidente de Venezuela, Hugo Ch�vez, para asistir al d�a siguiente a un evento hist�rico en el Pante�n Nacional, el entierro simb�lico de los restos del gran l�der ind�gena venezolano, Guacaipuro.
Antes de que el d�a terminara- a�n era Espejo C�smico Blanco- sostuvimos una entrevista con Kabala, una revista l�der, esot�rica y de la nueva Era. Inevitablemente, el 9.11, lleg� a ser la pieza central de la entrevista, la buj�a para la Campa�a del Nuevo Tiempo, el dinamizador de un nuevo Movimiento de paz no-violento alrededor del mundo-�... tanto tiempo como permanezc�is en el calendario gregoriano y en su tiempo, nunca tendr�is paz. La �nica esperanza para alcanzar una paz final en el mundo, es cambiando el gregoriano por un calendario de Trece Lunas de 28 d�as. Luego tendr�is una nueva base para renegociar todo, pero en una matriz arm�nica de tiempo , libre del programa de 5000 a�os de la historia. Esta es la esencia de nuestro plan de paz y movimiento de paz.� Al final de la entrevista, uno de los periodistas remarca sobre un libro con el que �l se top�, escrito por alguien llamado Robin Cook, y publicado en Espa�a. En este libro, afirma el periodista, est� una lista y archivo de los 10 principales l�deres espirituales del mundo en el tercer milenio, y uno de �llos es, nada menos, que Jos� Arg�elles. Bien, si eso es verdad o no, nosotros s�lo podemos pensar en lo que debemos hacer para alcanzar nuestra meta: un nuevo tiempo de paz.
A la ma�ana siguiente nos dirigimos al Pante�n Nacional que tiene los restos de Sim�n Bol�var, el libertador , no s�lo de Venezuela, sino tambi�n, de Colombia, Ecuador, y muchos otros pa�ses de Sudam�rica. El sentimiento por Bol�var entre los venezolanos es a�n muy alto, y tienen casi un m�stico fervor por �l. Cuando llegamos a la plaza, al frente del Pante�n, vemos que est� muy colorido, pero lo m�s prominente son las banderas de la Paz y la bandera del logo del Movimiento Mundial de Paz, del PAN_RAP, con sus palabras: � Un Tiempo, Una Tierra, Un Pueblo�. Ya se ha reunido una gran muchedumbre. En el centro hay un gran c�rculo de paz.. Y reconocemos a uno de los ayudantes de Alejandro Cirilo, C�sar, quien junto con una mujer maya, est�n dirigiendo una ceremonia de fuego Quich�. Luego , Alberto Ruz nos presenta a Phil Lane, un l�der espiritual de los Sioux de Lakota, quien reside en Canad� y es uno de los organizadores de la Gran Alianza Ind�gena Norte y Suramericana. El Aguila y el C�ndor. Con tocado de plumas y atav�os ceremoniales, a Phil Lane se le ha pedido que dirija la ceremonia ind�gena que se ha de llevar a cabo en el Pante�n.
Apenas entramos al Pante�n somos saludados por un gran espect�culo. Ind�genas de los r�os Amazonas y Orinoco, con sus taparrabos, con imponentes tocados en la cabeza, est�n mezclados con erguidos encorsetados pol�ticos, militares y damas de sociedad. Un grupo de kines del Salvador, est�n sosteniendo en alto la Bandera de la Paz. Los mayas quich�, un shaman esquimal, llamado T�o (Uncle), y Phil Lane completan el entorno de ancianos ind�genas invitados. Finalmente, el presidente Hugo Ch�vez, llega, y empieza en pleno la ceremonia. Phil recita el saludo a las Siete direcciones, y, a continuaci�n, es le�do el decreto-ley, que insta a que los simb�licos restos de Guacaipuro sean colocados en el sagrado puesto de honor, al costado, como si fueran los de Sim�n Bol�var. Una mujer ind�gena, dice el �nico discurso, de cara al Presidente, y , con mucha pompa y sonido de trompetas, la ceremonia es conclu�da. Una cosa es cierta, ha ocurrido un momento verdaderamente hist�rico, la elevaci�n del ind�gena al mismo puesto de prominencia con los fundadores del moderno estado de Venezuela. En el mundo bipolar post 9.11, este evento es profundamente unificador.
Despu�s, en la tarde, hab�amos sido programados para dictar una conferencia en el auditorio de Carlos Marx de la Universidad Nacional, pero un malentendido hab�a ocurrido, y est�bamos con la puerta cerrada. Alberto Ruz se hab�a reunido ya con un grupo de caravanistas y decidimos que el show continuara. Alexander � Enlazador de Mundos el�ctrico- nos hab�a conseguido un par de viejas sillas, y nosotros efectuamos nuestra conferencia: � Un Nuevo Tiempo de Paz�. De otro modo, el establecimiento de una gran reuni�n sentados en el c�sped afuera del cerrado edificio acad�mico, escuchando una conferencia sobre el tiempo natural y el tiempo artificial, parece m�s apropiado y c�mico. Pero esto, en ning�n modo, nos disuadi� de la seriedad de nuestro prop�sito: el despertar un movimiento para la paz. Y la �nica forma de hacer que este movimiento pegue un mordizco para �l, es hacer el cambio concreto, cambiando en calendario. Luego, Frank Bracho, primer embajador de Venezuela en la India, viene y pregunta, si el cambio no puede ser cumplido, solamente, dentro de uno mismo. Respondemos que, mientras el cambio sea encajado dentro del amor y la no-violencia, s�lo uni�ndonos con muchos otros para hacer el cambio del calendario, sabremos que, en realidad, algo ha cambiado.
Al d�a siguiente , Sol Lunar Amarillo, estamos reunidos en el Centro Anhanda en medio del ocupado Caracas. Un centro de artes Yoga y del Movimiento de Trece lunas, dirigido por Pedro-Humano Magn�tico y Xiomara_ Drag�n r�tmico, el Centro Ananda est� de anfitri�n de una reuni�n de kines. El entonamiento es creado por tres j�venes mujeres de Puerto La Cruz, que llevan a cabo una danza. Luego, delineamos los pasos para unificar el PAN Bioregional y crear un Consejo, el establecimiento de las Comisiones y la preparaci�n para los Congresos del Pueblo y llegar a los l�deres receptivos de la comunidades, y la necesidad de hacer planes concretos para el a�o de transici�n- Tormenta Cristal Azul. Luego de un descanso, somos reunidos por el Shaman esquimal, T�o (Uncle); su presentaci�n subraya la seriedad de nuestra reuni�n. En el 2010, la profec�a esquimal dice, que ya no cubrir� m�s el hielo a Groenladia, y las aguas se derretir�n y mucha gente ya no tendr� por m�s tiempo sus casas. Podemos impedir que eso ocurra, pero , como le dijo la t�a del Shaman ( Uncle) �T�o,� tenemos que trabajar m�s r�pido. El �T�o� usa , tambi�n, la imagen de derretir el hielo del coraz�n, pero �l tiene que dejar antes el deshielo. Luego, Alberto Ruz hizo el juramento de coraz�n con nosotros, de unir , de aqu� en adelante, la Caravana Arcoiris a la Alianza Estrat�gica para el Nuevo Tiempo de Paz. La reuni�n termin� con un cassette de John Lennon cantando �Imagine�, y todos , de nuevo, deshechos en abrazos, l�grimas y felicidad.
Esa tarde, fuimos llamados para un reuni�n con Phil Lane en el Caracas Hilton. Durante esta reuni�n en el lobby del Hilton, una de las m�s extraordinaria a las que haya asistido, Phil Lane me rindi� honores a m� ( y a Bolon Ik), reconociendo la p�rdida de mi hijo, y la soledad de llevar la misi�n que yo llevo. Luego, �l me present� ( como tambi�n a Pedro y Xiomara, y, m�s tarde, tambi�n a Alexander, la estaca del Guerrero. Esta estaca la coloco en el tiempo, en el Dia-Fuera-del-Tiempo del 2004, porque aqu�, es cuando yo empalo mi vida en mi visi�n y mi prop�sito. La reuni�n se cierra con otro c�rculo de abrazos y amor.
Drag�n El�ctrico, un Lunes gregoriano, fue el d�a de la huelga nacional. Nada estuvo abierto o funcionando, ese d�a. Interesantemente suficiente, fue que las empresas y no los trabajadores, estaban llamando a la huelga. El sentimiento era que el Gobierno no estaba haciendo lo suficiente para sostener los negocios. El Presidente Ch�vez, por otro lado, estaba invocando la Ley de la Tierra, y los ind�genas estaban hablando del ser colectivo de la Tierra. De nuevo, era el choque de valores. D�a bueno para que Alberto Ruz viniera y nos mostrara una serie de filminas de los �ltimos tres a�os de la Caravana Arcoiris. Fue , realmente, un abridor de ojos. Aqu� estaba la paz y la transformaci�n en acci�n. Aqu� estaba la voz de la biosfera, los hijos de la Tierra y la cruzada de arte, la profec�a arcoiris, siendo culminada. Era claro, por estas demostraciones, que las caravanas 13:20 ten�an mucho que aprender. Despu�s, estuvimos de acuerdo con Alberto, de posponer la GRAN reuni�n de las caravanas hasta la Luna el�ctrica 3, del a�o Luna Planetaria. Y , mientras tanto, gente de las caravanas pod�an ir a Ecuador para alg�n entrenamiento avanzado en la Caravana Arcoiris de paz. ( M�s detalles de esto, ser�n enviados a tortuga.com.)
Temprano, a la ma�ana siguiente, Viento Autoexistente- viajamos a M�rida, capital de la Educaci�n y la Ecolog�a en Venezuela, localizada en las cumbres de los Andes. Un gran valle, lleno de ciudad, ubicado al pie de una monta�a, a 15.000 pies de altura. Aqu� nos estaba esperando la prensa. Una entrevista de un peri�dico y una entrevista de radio, tuvieron ocasi�n en el restaurante del aeropuerto. Fuera, al dirigirme a una entrevista de televisi�n, observ� una se�al: �Denuncie toda irregularidad,�. Se lee con referencia a todo comportamiento sospechoso, pero, para m�, se refiere al calendario gregoriano, tambi�n!. La entrevista de televisi�n de una hora de duraci�n, es conducida por un suave, bien educado hombre hind�-venezolano, llamado Sant Ronz; �l , tambi�n est� m�s interesado en hablar del 9.11. Antes de iniciar la entrevista, �l nos pregunta: � No saben los norteamericanos cu�nto los odian en el resto del mundo? Desafortunadamente, no lo saben. La entrevista va bien, y, luego, vamos afuera al �Impulso,� un sistema completo de restaurante vegetariano, gimnasio, centro de terapia alternativa y hall de meditaci�n.
Despu�s del almuerzo y un descanso, convenimos otra reuni�n de kines. Como con Colombia , hac�a siete a�os que no ven�amos a Venezuela, y est�nbamos impresionados con el crecimiento del movimiento, y con el encuentro de viejos amigos, como Sandra Davis, perro Resonate, que hab�a sido nuestra anfitriona en Maracaibo. Sin embargo, es buena cosa que hayamos regresado por la idea del calendario como una herramienta de transformaci�n y para llevar un nuevo tiempo de paz, que es necesario levantar y darle nueva vida. A continuaci�n, fuimos llevados a un concierto en homenaje a Jos� y Lloydine Arg�elles. Presentado por el Conjunto de M�sica Antigua de M�rida. Finalmente, nos dirigimos al sitio de descanso, en la hacienda de Nacio- Mono10 y Luc�a-Enlazador de Mundos 8, unos 40 minutos de M�rida. La antigua finca era , verdaderamente, una pieza viva del gracioso arte de la era colonial. Pero m�s que eso, fuera de las vacas y los pollos, Luc�a se hab�a dedicado a los cultivos hidrop�nicos , y al jard�n y agricultura org�nica. Se nos juntaron all�, Romelia, Pedro y Xiomara.
A la ma�ana siguiente, noche entonada, tuvimos una cita arriba en el Telesf�rico, el m�s largo carro de cable de monta�a del mundo. En la primera parada, nos presentaron un concierto y ejecuci�n con toque y movimiento en nombre de la Tierra, por parte de un grupo de ni�os hu�rfanos. Este evento incluye la izada de la Bandera de la Paz y la de Venezuela; (esto cumplido por Alexander y Macarena). M�s tarde ese d�a, luego de otro almuerzo en el Impulso, dimos una conferencia en la Universidad de los Andes: �Un Nuevo Tiempo de Paz�, esta vez, en una vena m�s cient�fica. El gran hall estaba escasamente lleno. La ciudad ha estado casi cerrada por los motines estudiantiles y pocos se aventuran por ah�. No obstante, la conferencia es un gran �xito, y la seriedad de nuestra misi�n se est� ahondando en todos los kines. Una noche m�s en la vieja finca y de regreso al aeropuerto a la ma�ana siguiente- Semilla r�tmica. Estaba esper�ndonos una �ltima entrevista de prensa, despu�s de una comedia de errores, ( no hab�amos perdido un tiquete, sino que estaba en la maleta de Romelia), est�bamos de regreso a Caracas. En el aeropuerto, nos encontramos con Otto Boyle, quien regresaba de una reuni�n del SELA en la Isla Margarita. En el apartamento nos espera Frank Brancho para un almuerzo. El est� , a�n curioso, y nos entregamos a un breve intercambio, conclu�do por un breve video sobre el significado sham�nico del Monte Avila., a cuyo pie se encuentra localizada Caracas.
Despu�s, en la tarde, tuvimos nuestra �ltima conferencia en la Universidad Metropolitana. Alberto Ruz est� all�, as� como Frank Bracho junto con una gran sorpresa, Natasha, del Grupo Tierra Blanca de Mosc�. Ocurri� que �lla estaba en Venezuela y nos hab�a escrito un a-mail en la ma�ana, sin saber que est�bamos en Venezuela. M�s tarde en la ma�ana, Natasha , caminando por el parque, observ� un afiche, anunciando nuestra conferencia para esa tarde en la Universidad. Entre muchos otros de la asistencia, estaba un se�or anciano vestido con un terno, muy atento a cada palabra de la conferencia. A sabiendas de que este era el �ltimo acto de nuestra gira, resum� todo lo de las anteriores charlas y el Congreso: el error en el tiempo, la Ley del Tiempo, el calendario como un instrumento de programaci�n, la biosfera-tecnosfera-noosfera, el sincronario de Trece Lunas, el Nuevo Tiempo de Paz.. La mayor parte del tiempo sostuve en la mano un peque�o globo terrestre de caucho, se�alando la real naturaleza del tiempo...un giro en el eje, un movimiento circular, una �rbita alrededor del sol...No una l�nea recta... El estado-naci�n est� arriba. Las Naciones Unidas deben reemplazarse por una Asamblea Biosf�rica . Al final, una vez m�s, la canci�n de John Lennon, �Imagne,� creando un c�rculo de abrazos, l�grimas y felicidad de amor. El anciano bien vestido, se identific� como profesor de Ciencias Naturales y me agradeci� profusamente por demostrar � la siguiente etapa�. Frank Bracho exclama: � Lo tengo, comprendo que debemos trabajar juntos.�
Despu�s nos dirijimos en la noche para una sorpresa. Pedro, Xiomara, Romelia, Natasha , Patricia, Marcela, Macarena, la hija de Marcela, Estefan�a y Alberto Ruz.. Finalmente, despu�s de un horrible tranc�n de tr�fico en la autopista, llegamos al Ashram del Maestro Vasant, promulgador de la t�cnica del Agni Hotra. No hab�amos visto a Vasant desde nuestra �ltima visita a Venezuela, cuando hab�amos tenido algunos momentos asombrosos con �l. A los 80, �l est� confinado a una silla de ruedas. El di� un darshan: � Los cient�ficos todos saben, que est� encima..El da�o es irreversible. Los gobiernos lo saben , pero tienen temor de decirlo al pueblo, por miedo al p�nico... Chernobil es m�s radioactivo hoy que lo que fue. Dios lo har� de nuevo. El Agni Hotra trabaja y revivir� el suelo.� Cuando �l lo ha hecho, me pide que diga algunas palabras. Lo que yo s� sobre esto , es que debemos prepararnos para el Nuevo Tiempo, para el 2004, entonces, tendremos el cielo en la Tierra . Alberto Ruz tambi�n habla. Ahora es el tiempo de trabajar en red y de ampliar la alianza para una Nueva Tierra y un Nuevo Tiempo. Despu�s de breve festejo, regresamos al apartamento de Otto Boye,. El est� , a�n, despierto, y, con Alberto, tenemos un �ltimo intercambio. Ahora es el tiempo para empezar a desarrollar las alianzas para un nuevo orden de paz , que debe leventarse de las cenizas del viejo tiempo.
El siguiente d�a trae el retorno, Serpiente Resonante Roja: Caracas-Dallas-Los Angeles, San Francisco-Portland. Nuestro equipo de kines venezolanos est� en el aeropuerto para nuestra afectuosa despedida. Bolon Ik da las instrucciones de �ltimo minuto sobre la unificaci�n y orden en el tiempo, como la v�a para ir m�s all� del ego. Luego, como en un sue�o estamos volando de regreso. Mirando abajo sobre Las Bahamas, nunca hab�amos visto algo tan exquisitamente colorido, milagrosas aguas azul tuqu� y arena de d�bil resplandor- Destruiremos todo esto? O el Creador lo renovar� y nos dar� una nueva vida, un nuevo mundo, un nuevo tiempo? Atr�s, en los E.U, est� la Guardia civil parece , a�n, desatada, buscando algo diferente. Yo soy sometido a una segunda b�squeda, en la que una persona de seguridad gasta m�s de quince minutos buscando en todo fragmento de papel personal y elemento que llevo en mi malet�n negro, haciendo una peque�a charla mientras lo hace. � Qu� pens� ella , despu�s? O � Qu� hizo? Es despu�s de medianoche, cuando llegamos a Portland. Stephanie, Serpiente El�ctrica Roja, la asistente de la administraci�n de la Fundaci�n, estaba all�, esper�ndonos. Todo est� bien . destruction of nature. We need a new concept of time. Time is not
linear. Time is the fourth dimension, a means of synchronization with
all that is.

1. Gandhi Would Go!. It was only after we had given up all fear or concern about raveling abroad in the wake of the 9-11 terrorist attack that a little voice inside of me said, "Gandhi would go!" Yes, Gandhiwould go to Colombia and Venezuela in search of a better path for peace,
especially in a time when the clouds of war grow darker every day. It had been seven years now since we had last been been to Colombia and Venezuela, and, if nothing else, we were curious about the growth and present state of the Planet Art Network-World Thirteen Moon Calendar
Change Peace Movement in countries where we had not spent any time except for the initial seeding. It was during the end of the first year of prophecy and during the first part of the second year of prophecy, both in 1994, that we spent considerable time in these countries, the northernmost part of South America, where the Andes have their origin before heading on their long serpentine course to Patagonia and the Tierra del Fuego.
Observing events unfold in America in the two moons since the 9-11, characterized by a phenomenal surge of flag-waving patriotism, we had also concluded that it would be good to get a little perspective from beyond American borders. One thing was certain. Since the 9-11 we knew
that purpose of our peace movement, universal calendar change by July 26 2004, now took on an air of supreme urgency, for nowhere in the world could we see or feel the kind of comprehensive peace movement we knew was necessary as a voice equal to the intensity of the war now occurring
in Afghanistan and the Middle East. It was also our first pass through the newly heightened airport security system.
As we were checked in at the Portland airport, final destination, Medellin, Colombia, the ticket agent remarked, "Medellin ... what do you want to go there for? Isn't that dangerous territory?" Looking around the airport one could see the National Guard making sure this airport wouldn't become as dangerous as Medellin. Appreciating the irony we were off on our journey. The heavily armed Los Angeles Airport felt like a disaster waiting to happen. Miami was all asleep when we got there. The newspaper stories talked about the quelling of the Taliban prison riot by the use of US bombers. On CNN airport television every fifteen minutes a series of people would proclaim "I am an American." Finally we took off, first to Bogota, the Capitol of Colombia. Flying over Cuba I could see the green hills and little country roads that Fidel Castro had kept clear of globalization. As we sat in the Bogota airport awaiting our final flight to Medellin, on the ubiquitous television we noticed pictures of Osama Bin Laden and the World Trade Center blowing up. It was a popular music video, "Meringue to Bin Laden," something you definitely would not see in the USA. An article in the airline magazine reflected on the difference of values between the "topless" West and the burka worn by the women of Afghanistan, while a photograph of the Ankara airport showed the Muslim women, all but their faces covered, standing in front of a gigantic billboard depicting a blonde women luridly popping out of her bikini.
We reflected on these images. What a world. We saw clearly the dominant culture - the G-7 (now G-8 or even G-20) dominated by the instruments of false time, the mechanical clock and the Gregorian calendar. Whether in the "first world" of North America and Europe or in the "third world of Latin America, the dominant culture was universally the same � clever and suggestive publicity, soccer or football, seductive pleasure, and a blatant materialism protected everywhere by guns. What was this dominant culture catering to if not the lowest instincts? And we meditated on the civilization of Islam so profoundly misperceived because at its root its public values emphasize not materialism but moral and spiritual upliftment. Church and state had not been separated as they had in the West, and now Islam was being coerced and dragged into a defense of a value system that only seeks to undermine it. Huntington's thesis, "The Coming Clash of Civilizations" was now occurring. Would the entire world be made safe for McDonalds and Microsoft at the expense of the existence of other cultures and civilizations destroyed for not "buying into" the dominant society driven as it is by a purely economic model of the world? Or would something give way and a cultural biodiversity flourish once again on this planet? In the answer to these questions lay the
purpose of our peace mission.
Awaiting us at Medellin airport was Rodrigo Alarcon Yellow Solar Star and a small team of kin replete with Banners of Peace. Unlike our last visit when we had spent time on a rustic finca (colonial style farm or plantation), this time our team put us up for two nights at the Sheraton
Four Points Hotel - a room with a view. Ten floors up on the fashionable south side of downtown Medellin, the city can be seen stretching its red brick barrios into the mountains on the other side of the valley. Notorious for narcotraffic, Medellin is Colombia's second city, home of much of its heavy industry as well as being the fashion center of the country - evident in the many billboards of existentially stylish models in some stage of undress halfway between a fashionable pair of jeans and a bottle of beer. Medellin also boasts of its artistic reputation most notably through the sculpted and painted work of world-renown artist, Botero. The traffic in the past seven years has only increased -colorfully painted buses and trucks puff out clouds of noxious smoke, and a constant smog hangs over the central district spreading out over the valley. By mid-day the traffic is in gridlock. The hotel is featuring its Cuban week - Cuban cuisine and a small salsa group that
heats up the night even though there is no audience besides the two of us.
On the second evening of our stay we give our first public lecture, "Total Peace: the Only Answer, A New Time: The Only Way." We were in an auditorium in the older part of downtown. There is a full house of maybe two hundred people, including a reporter and crew from a local television station. The 9-11 seems to be on everybody's mind. What does it mean and what will the future bring? What will stop the Americans in their war against the world? In light of the effect of the event on the mind's of the people, we begin by asking the question: "What would Gandhi do today? What would Martin Luther King Jr. do today?" They each had a clear goals, the one to regain independence for India by getting rid of the English dominators; the other to end racial discrimination on the part of the dominant white society. Both utilized non-violent means and established powerful movements and strategies to accomplish their goals.
Today it is not just one country, but the whole world that needs to be secured for peace. Where is the world peace movement today? Can the world be secured for peace without resorting to violence? Yes, if we can identify a root cause to the problems that afflict the biosphere today,
and then eliminate that root cause peacefully. The root problem is artificial mechanized time - the result of which is the mechanized disorder of the dominant global society. This root problem is
perpetuated by a particular program, the Gregorian calendar.A calendar is an instrument for programing the mind and the entire society which uses it. The Gregorian calendar operates on a 28-year program, like a phonograph record that plays for 28 years and then repeats its motifs
for another 28-year play. Any Gregorian calendar year repeats precisely every 28 years. 1945 is repeated in 1973, and both years repeat again in 2001. 1945 was characterized by the atomic destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki; 1973 saw the sublimation of this twin destruction in the
completion of the Twin Towers, inaugurated on April 4, 1973. The scenario of twin destruction was then repeated in the 9-11 attack upon and subsequent collapse of the twin Towers. 2001 inaugurates another 28-year cycle.
At the present rate, by the conclusion of this next 28-year cycle, in the year 2029, life on Earth will all but be destroyed. If you want peace and a future on this planet for your children, break the cycle
now. If we do not break this program now it will destroy us within the next 28 years. Join the Campaign for the New Time and be ready on July 26, 2004, to break the Gregorian calendar program of apocalypse, war and biospheric destruction while there is still time - time to enter a new time of peace and harmony through the harmonic standard of the thirteen moon 28-day calendar. Then we can meet the evolutionary deadline of 2012, having made one good collective decision on behalf of peace and the biosphere. Besides, the 9-11 was the inevitable event � inevitable because it was the only way the biosphere could send an alert that the technosphere had run its course and the transition to the noosphere was imminent, as imminent as 2004. You can't resist evolution. If we do not change the Earth will change us.
Such, in essence, were the arguments we presented, arguments which we would only amplify and expand during our two-country tour. On the way out from the auditorium a kin gives us a document, entitled "The Mayan Prophecy and the Twin Towers." Put together by a Colombian Kin, 8 Hand, the document is a stunning Dreamspell analysis of the events around the
Twin Towers. What is most amazing is that the Towers were dedicated on the day 11 Monkey, Kin 11, the first of the sequence of thirteen MonkeyKin in the Tzolkin, while the destruction occurred on 4 Monkey, Kin 251, the last of the thirteen Monkey Kin of the Tzolkin. Definitely monkey business, but big time!
2. World Congress on Time and World Peace, Temple of the Seven Suns, Tzolkin Center, Medellin Colombia, Overtone Moon 16-22. By mid-day of the Overtone Moon 15, White Overtone Dog, our host Rodrigo Alarcon, 9 Star, one of the original earth Wizards of Picarquin, has arrived in his old green four-wheel drive to take us to the Temple of the Seven Suns,
site of the seven-day Congress. Rodrigo we have known since our very first trip to Colombia. He graduated from medical school in 1965, and was involved in radical politics at that time. By the 1970s he had started to turn his attention to alternative medicine and eventually to evolve into bioenergetic medicine as well as Taoist techniques. In the early 1990s he had discovered Earth Ascending and had undertaken a translation of it. When we met in 1994 he had virtually completed the translation. His dedication to the law of time resulted in his translations as well of the Mayan Factor and the Treatise on Time. Working our way through the little mountain villages, here and there picking up supplies for the Congress, we finally arrived at the Temple of the Seven Suns.
For 22 years Rodrigo held this property. The original house where we stayed is virtually the only one with square corners. The rest of the temple is a flowing, fluid organic composite of structures. On the one side, the structures offer dormitories for up to sixty people. Up the hillside are gardens and orchards. Everywhere the floor consists of cosmic mosaics. On the other side of the central house is the group kitchen and the temple itself, approached by a serpentine stairway leading into the main hall, still in a state of being completed when we arrived. Set in a dramatic mountainside which drops down to a small canyon stream before ascending steeply up another mountain, the Temple of the Seven Suns is truly a dream-like presence.
Some 76 people are gathered for the Congress. Most of the people are from Colombia, representing all of the major centers - Bogota, Cali, Arminia and Medellin among others - with an equally diverse cross-section from older professional people like Graciella, a dress-maker form Bogota, married 45 years to the same man, to representatives of the younger generation, including members of one of the most active Rap-Hip Hop groups of Medellin, "Alianza NRP-
Colombianos del Barrio." In addition to the Colombians, there were also representatives from Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador and Chile. For seven days we gave a three hour talk each day, from ten in the morning until early afternoon. The group was
divided into the five Earth Families which met in the afternoons. During the evenings there were sessions devoted to the Dreamspell, Telektonon, the 20 Tablets and the 7:7::7:7. We laid great emphasis on the formation of the PAN Bioregional Council and its role in the Campaign for the New Time, as well as the formation of five Commissions: Translation, Education, Publicity, Strategic Alliances, and Community. The sense of urgency of the post- 9-11 was translated into the sense of urgency to arouse a peace movement and meet a deadline, July 25-26, 2004.
By the second and third days a feeling of separation was beginning to develop between the young people, some 30 to 40 of the total representation, many of whom were staying in tents below the main building complex, and on the fourth day we decided to have a meeting with them. After a very honest exchange regarding the use of marijuana, we came to a place of common understanding and mutual respect. The leader of the Alianza NRP stands up and says that they are not into getting their pictures taken with us, but it sure would be great if we could all hug each other. And so our gathering with the young people ended amid hugs, tears and songs. This loving feeling continued for the remainder of the Congress. The hugs were repeated on the last day with
all of the members of the Congress.
On that final day, Red Crystal Earth, the five Earth Families presented their resolutions for turning the Congress into steps for concrete action (these will be posted on www.tortuga.com). The youth group also presented and read the "Urgent Call of the Youth," reprinted at the end of this document. Then came the Crystal Earth Meditation, followed by passing the Wiphala rainbow flag and taking the vow to support the Earth and the New Time for Seven Times Seven Generations to come. The concluding ceremony to the workers in charge of the maintenance and construction of the Temple of the Seven Suns created a highly festive mood, with a sense of success and commitment to the goal of the New Time as the only way to attain world peace. If there is any people on Earth full of heart it is the Colombians - this despite the fact that they live in the midst of what appears to be endless violence and civil war. Maybe now a new non-violent force for peace might arise.

3. Welcome to Venezuela! It was very early in the morning of Kin 78, White Cosmic Mirror, when we wound our way back down from the temple of the Seven Suns. No world news had reached us, and now we were going from the 13:20 to 12:60 worlds. The workers gathering at bus stops in the
predawn dark to go into the city for their jobs made a poignant effect. When would this world come to a full halt? What would it take? We felt inside of us the profound responsibility for evoking a peace movement like that of Gandhi's so that we could bring the world to a halt in 2004
in order that all might observe the transition from the time of war to the time of peace. There was no longer even the possibility to think that this might not happen. The Congress had catalyzed us. Our lives were now staked on the Day Out of Time and New Year's Day, White Spectral Mirror and Blue Crystal Storm, 2004. The synchronic wave of equinox, solstice and day out of time events from 2002 through 2004 had been set in motion. The call to unify the Bioregional PANs through the formation of Councils and thence to create the People's Congresses had
been issued.
As the sun rose we wound our way up another mountain to the Medellin airport, bidding farewell to our amiable colleague and host, Rodrigo Alarcon. Accompanied now by Earth Wizard Patricia Spectral Human and in the company of others who had attended the Congress, we landed at Bogota airport again.There awaiting us were Earth Wizards Reynaldo 11 Skywalker and Yadiva 10 Seed. Reynaldo's father had died on the Galactic Skywalker day of the Congress and so he and Yadiva had to return to Bogota, so it was great to have a few minutes to conclude the Congress for them.
Reynaldo had been as creative as ever, his radial brain churning out visual demonstrations of radial time. And now they had baby child to deal with as well. We counseled them on the need to take a job, and to think of the job as service in order to economically sustain their 13:20 vision. Then we were off to Venezuela, in some ways as different from Colombia as night is from day. Venezuela was one of the original OPEC nations, the only western one at the time, and the sense of oil wealth
still lingers in the modernistic high rises of Caracas, in the midst of which can be seen the spires of the largest mosque in the western hemisphere.
As we were landing in Caracas international airport, our names were called. We were told that we were to go the Sala VIP - the VIP lounge - for a press conference. We sat for some 20 or 30 minutes in the Lounge, but no press showed up. Nonetheless it was a good welcome to Venezuela,
and we left the sala VIP in a most relaxed mood. having cleared customs we were greeted by the Venezuelan kin who, in addition to the banners of peace, had a large banner with our names inscribed in a most triumphant manner. In addition to the kin of Venezuela, including Pedro magnetic human, Xiomara Rhythmic Dragon, Alexander Electric World-bridger and
Romelia Spectral Sun, there was a great surprise and delight � our comrade in common struggle, Alberto Ruz, the Subcoyote himself, head of the Rainbow Peace Caravan. We had not seen Alberto Cosmic Monkey since the UR Council, Day Out of Time and New Year's day, 1998, events in Milan, Italy, and in just those three years how much had changed!
Through Patricia Spectral Human, who had made contact with a pair of sisters, Marcela 5 Storm and Macarena 6 Storm, we had obtained as a place to stay the apartment of Otto Boye, the father of the two sisters. Chilean born of German descent, Otto Boye is, among many other things,
the former ambassador from Chile to Venezuela, the author of numerous books, including a superb one on the history and methodology of "Active Non-violence," and is now the Director of the 28-nation SELA (Economic System of Latin America). Arriving at the elegant but simply adorned
tenth floor apartment, we are apprised of forthcoming events, which include personal invitations we have received from the President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, to attend a historic event the next day in the National Pantheon, the symbolic interment of the remains of Venezuela's
greatest indigenous leader, Guacaipuro.
Before the day ended - it was still White Cosmic Mirror! - we held an interview with Kabala a leading esoteric and new age magazine. Inevitably the topic of the 9-11 becomes the center-piece of the interview, the sparkplug to the Campaign for the New Time, the rousing of a new world-wide non-violent peace movement -"as long as you remain in the Gregorian calendar and its time you will never have peace. The only hope for attaining a lasting world peace is by first replacing the Gregorian with the Thirteen Moon Calendar. then you will have a new basis for renegotiating everything, but in a harmonic matrix of time free of the program of 5,000 years of history. This is the essence of our peace plan and peace movement." At the conclusion of the Interview one of the journalists remarks on a book he came across by someone named Robin Cook and published in Spain. In this book, the journalist asserts, is a list and profile of the ten spiritual leaders of the third
millennium. One of these is none other than Jos� Arg�elles. Well, whether that is true or not, we can only think of what we must do to attain our goal - a new time of peace.
The next morning, Blue Magnetic Storm, we head off to the National Pantheon which holds the remains of Simon Bolivar, the liberator notonly of Venezuela, but of Colombia, Ecuador and many other counties of South America as well. The feeling for Bolivar among Venezuelans is
still very high and has an almost mystical fervor to it. As we arrive at the plaza in front of the Pantheon, we see it is very colorful, but most prominent are the Banners of Peace and the banner of the logo of the PAN World Movement with its words, "One Time, One Earth One People."A large crowd has already gathered. At the center there is a ceremonial circle. We recognize one of Alejandro Cerillo's helpers, Cesar, who along with a Mayan woman, are conducting a Quiche fire ceremony. Alberto Ruz then introduces us to Phil Lane, a spiritual leader of the Lakota Sioux,
residing in Canada and one of the organizers of the large North and South American indigenous alliance, The Eagle and the Condor. In full feather bonnet and ceremonial regalia, Phil had been asked to preside over the indigenous ceremony to be held in the Pantheon.
As we enter the Pantheon we are greeted by a great spectacle. Amazonian and Orinoco River indigenous people in their loin cloths and imposing head-dresses are mingled with straight laced politicians, military and society ladies. A group of kin from El Salvador are holding up a Banner
of Peace. The Quiche Maya, an Eskimo shaman known as Uncle, and Phil Lane complete the entourage of invited indigenous elders. Finally president Hugo Chavez arrives and the full ceremony begins. Phil does the invocation to the cardinal directions, following which is read the
official law instating the symbolic remains of Guacaipuro to be placed in the sacred place of honor, alongside as it were to those of Simon Bolivar. An indigenous woman makes the only formal speech, facingthe President, and with much pomp and fanfare the ceremony is concluded. One
thing is certain, a truly historic moment has occurred, the elevating of the indigenous to an equal place of prominence with the founders of the modern state of Venezuela. In the bipolar post-9-11 world, this event is profoundly unifying.
Later that afternoon, we are scheduled to give a lecture in the Karl Marx auditorium of the National University, but a misunderstanding has occurred and we are locked out. Alberto Ruz has already gathered with a contingent of caravanistas, and we decide the show must go on. Alexander
Electric World Bridger finds us a pair of old chairs and we are off on our lecture, A New Time of Peace. Somehow, the setting of a large gathering seated on the lawn outside of the locked up academic building listening to a lecture on natural and artificial time seems most
appropriate and comical. But this in no way deters us from the seriousness of our purpose: to arouse a movement for peace. And the only way to make this peace movement have a bite to it is to make the change concrete by changing the calendar. Afterwards, Frank Bracho, former
ambassador of Venezuela to India and the official coordinator between Phil Lane and the government of Venezuela, comes up and asks if the change cannot be accomplished solely within oneself. We reply, that while the change must be embedded in love and non-violence, only by
uniting with many others to make the calendar change will we know that something has actually changed.
The next day, Yellow Lunar Sun, we are gathered at the Ananda Center in the middle of busy Caracas. A yoga and thirteen moon calendar arts center run by Pedro 1 Human and Xiomara 6 Dragon, the Ananda Center is hosting a gathering of kin. The tone is set by three young women from Puerto La Cruz performing a dance. Then we outline the steps for unifying the bioregional PAN into a Council, the establishment of the Commissions, the preparation for the people's Congresses to pull in the receptive community leaders and the need to make concrete plans for the
year of transition, Blue Crystal Storm. After a break we are joined by the Eskimo Shaman, Uncle. His presentation underscores the seriousness of our meeting. By 2010, he tells us, the Eskimo prophecy says that Greenland will no longer be covered by ice. The waters will melt and
many people will no longer have their homes. We can still keep that from happening, but as Eskimo uncle's aunt told him, we have to work faster. Uncle also uses the image of melting the ice from the heart, but he has to leave before the melt-down. Alberto Ruz then pledged his heart oath
with us, henceforth joining the Rainbow Peace Caravan as a member of the Strategic Alliance for a New Time of Peace. The meeting ended with a tape of John Lennon singing "Imagine," and we all dissolved again into hugs, tears, and happiness.
That evening we are called to the Caracas Hilton for a meeting with Phil Lane. During this meeting, in the lobby of the Hilton, one of the most remarkable we have ever attended, Phil Lane pays me (and Bolon Ik) honor, acknowledging the loss of my son, and the loneliness of carrying
a mission such as I carry. He then presented me (as well as Pedro and Xiomara and later, Alexander) the sacred warrior's stake. This stake I place in time at the Day Out of Time, 2004, for here is where I stake my life on my vision and my purpose. The gathering closes with another
circle of hugs and love.
Electric Dragon, a Monday on the Gregorian calendar, was the day of the National Strike. Nothing was open or running that day. Interestingly enough it was the businesses, not the workers calling the strike. The feeling was that the government was not doing enough to support business. President Chavez, on the other hand was invoking the law of the Earth, and the indigenous were speaking of the Earth being collective. Here again, the clash of values. it was a good day for
Alberto Ruz to come by and show us a slide show of the last three years of the caravan. it was truly an eye-opener. Here was Peace and Transformation in action. Here was the voice of the biosphere, the childrens Earth and art crusade, the rainbow prophecy being fulfilled. It was clear from this demonstration that the 13:20 caravans had much to learn. Afterwards we agreed with Alberto to postpone the BIG caravan meeting until Electric 3, Planetary Moon year, and that in the meantime,
13:20 caravan people should go to Ecuador, if they could, for some advanced training from the Rainbow Peace Caravan. (More details about this will be posted on tortuga.com).
Early the next morning, Self-existing Wind, we were on a flight to Merida, Venezuela's education and ecology capitol located in the headlands of the Andes. A long valley filled with city, Merida is at the foot of a mountain over 15,000 feet high. Here the press was awaiting us. A newspaper and a radio interview occur at the airport restaurant. Outside, heading for the television interview I spot a sign: "Denounce all irregularity!" it reads in reference to suspicious behavior, but to
me it refers to the Gregorian calendar as well! The television interview, an hour long is conducted by a suave, well-educated Hindu -Venezuelan named Sant Ronz. he, too, is most interested in talking about the 9-11. Before we start the show he asks us, "Don't Americans know how much the rest of the world hates them?" Unfortunately, they don't. The interview goes well, and then we are off to Impulso, a whole system vegetarian restaurant, gym, alternative therapy center and meditation hall.
After lunch and a rest, we convene another kin gathering. As with Colombia we had not been to Venezuela in seven years, and are impressed at the growth of the Movement, and with the reunion of old friends like Sandra Davis 7 Dog, who had been our hostess in Maracaibo. However, it
is a good thing we have returned, for the idea of the calendar as a tool for social transformation and for bringing a new time of peace needed to be aroused and given new life. Following the kin gathering we were treated to a concert in Homage of Jose and Lloydine Arg�elles presented
by the Merida Old Music Ensemble. Finally we headed for our resting place, the hacienda of Nacio 10 Monkey and Lucia 8 World-Bridger. Some 40 minutes outside of Merida, the old farm was truly a living piece of gracious colonial era art. But more than that, in addition to the cows
and the chickens, Lucia had been devoting herself to hydroponics and organic gardening and agriculture. Joining us there were Romelia, Pedro and Xiomara.
The next morning, Overtone Night, we had a date up the Teleferico, the world's longest mountain cable car. At the first stop we were presented a touching and moving concert and performance on behalf of the earth and in honor of our presence by a group orphan children. This event included
the simultaneous raising of the Banner of peace and the flag of Venezuela (this accomplished by Alexander and Macarena). Later that day, after another lunch at the Impulso, we gave a lecture at the University of the Andes, a New Time of Peace, this time in a more scientific vein. The large lecture hall is only sparsely filled. the city has all but been shut down by student riots and few people are venturing out. Nonetheless the lecture is a great success, and the seriousness of our
mission is sinking in to all of the kin. One more night at the great old finca and back to the airport the next morning, Rhythmic Seed. Awaiting us at the airport is one last newspaper interview, then after a comedy of errors, (no, we hadn't really lost a ticket, it was just in Romelia's bag) we are en route back to Caracas. At the airport we run into Otto Boye just returning from a SELA meeting on Margarita Island. Back at the apartment, Frank Bracho is awaiting us for lunch. He is still curious
and we engage in a rapid exchange, concluded by a brief video of the shamanic meaning of Mount Avila at the foot of which Caracas is located.
Later that afternoon we have our final lecture at the Metropolitana University. Alberto Ruz is there and so is Frank Bracho along with a great surprise, Natasha of the White Land Group in Moscow. She happened to be in Venezuela and had just written us an e-mail that morning, not knowing that we were also in Venezuela. Then, later that morning, walking through a park, Natasha spotted a poster announcing our lecture that afternoon at the University. Among many others in attendance was an elderly gentleman dressed in a suit, attentive to every last word of the lecture. Knowing this to be the last event of this tour, I summarized everything of all the previous talks and the Congress, the error in time, the law of time, the calendar as a programming instrument, the biosphere-technosphere-noosphere, the Thirteen Moon Calendar and the new time of peace... Most of the time I held a little rubber Earth ball in my hand showing the actual nature of time, a turning on the axis, a circular motion, an orbit around the sun... not a straight line... the nation state is over, the United Nations must be replaced by a Biospheric Assembly... At the end, once again the John Lennon "Imagine" creating a circle of hugs, tears and happiness of love. The well dressed elderly man identified himself as a member of the faculty of Natural Sciences, and thanks us profusely for demonstrating "the next stage." Frank Bracho exclaims "I get it, I understand ... we must work
together."
Afterwards we drove into the night for a surprise - Pedro, Xiomara, Romelia, Natasha. Patricia, Marcela, Macarena, Marcela's daughter, Stefania, and Alberto Ruz. Finally, after some horrifying gridlock traffic on the freeway, we arrive at the ashram of Maestro Vasant, promulgator of the Agni Hotra technique. We hadn't seen Vasant since our last visit to Venezuela, when we had had some astonishing moments with him. At 80, he was now confined to a wheel chair. He gave a brief
darshan. "The scientists all know that it is over. The damage is irreversible. The governments know but are afraid to tell the people for fear of panic ... Chernobyl is more radioactive today than it ever was ... God will make it new again ... the Agni Hotra technique works and will revive the soil." When he is done, he asks me to give some words.
All I know in light of this is that we must all prepare for the new time, 2004, then we will have heaven on earth. Alberto Ruz also speaks. Now is the time to network and spread the alliance for a new Earth and a new Time. After a brief feast, we arrive back at Otto Boye's apartment.
He is still up, and so with Alberto we have one last round of exchange. Now is the time to begin to develop the alliances for a new order of peace which must arise from the ashes of the old time.
The next day brings return, Red Resonant Serpent: Caracas-Dallas-Los Angeles-San Francisco-Portland. Our team of Venezuelan kin is at the airport for our loving send-off. Bolon Ik gives last minute instructions on unification and order in time as the way to go beyond ego. Then, as
if in a dream, we are flying back. Looking down on the Bahamas we have never seen anything so exquisitely colored - miraculous turquoise waters and shimmering sands - will we destroy all this, or will the Creator renew it and give us a new life, a new world, a new time? Back in the
USA even the national guard appear to be loosened up, looking for something different. I am subjected to a secondary search in which a security person spends more than fifteen minutes looking through every shred of personal paper and item carried in my black bag, making small
talk as she does it. What did she think afterwards - or did she? It is after midnight when we arrive in Portland. Stephanie Red Electric Serpent, the Foundation's Special Administrative Assistant, is waiting for us. All is well. The New World Movement for a New Time of Peace is spreading and taking form. Total peace, the only answer; a new time, the only way. Thank you, O Creator, for a safe and catalytic journey.

Urgent Call to the Youth!
We, the youth of Colombia gathered for the World Congress on Time and
Peace, make an urgent call to the youth of the planet and of our
country, in order that we may incarnate the force of a GREAT CULTURAL
REVOLUTION!
In solemn communion we shall channel all of our energies and aspirations
for total freedom and the search for true being. We shall cast out the
belief systems of superficial materialism, of social injustices and the
destruction of nature. We need a new concept of time. Time is not
linear. Time is the fourth dimension, a means of synchronization with
all that is.
Our tools: love, truth and the "sincronario" of 13 Moons.
Our methodology: art. T(E) = Art T: time E: energy
The mission: self-formation, organization, and the formation of a
growing synchronized force of artistic manifestations on the key days of
real time. We will celebrate together the solstices, the equinoxes and
the day out of time. The moment is now, the signs have manifested, the
new time has arrived. We are the warriors of the rainbow, the prophets
of love.
