I did not get a chance to do any of the side-quests. If I have time, I will try to replay this game and complete the side-quests.
The entire game is hard overall, but there isn't one battle that's particularly hard. No battle took me more than three tries. The toughest battles will probably come towards the end. Once you select the final point on world map, you�ll be dragged into a series of battles includes the final battle. Your party members will be restored between each battle, and you�ll get a chance to save, but there won�t be anymore shops or returning to the world map. I entered these battles without doing much leveling, which made things really difficult. Good thing the objective of each battle was only to eliminate the leader of the enemy�s group rather than the entire group. The final battle is actually much easier. You can basically take out the final boss with Orlandu alone.
