In Kuwait I work as Assistant Manager CAD CAM and Tool Room where my responsibilities include

*Designing and Product Development of Foam Products including Meat Trays, Lunch Boxes, Hum burger Box, Pizza Box, CUP 6OZ to 16OZ etc.,

*Developing Mould Design in 3D-using Solidworks Designing Software.

*Drafting Detail drawings of few components which is not manufactured in CNC.

*Utilizing Master cam software for programming and Manufacturing the Mould parts. programming includes program for CNC Milling Generic Fanuc, CNC Lathe Fanuc and Charmles Technology Wire EDM.

*Guiding the Team as Team Leader to Finish the Tool and Troubleshoot the initial Startup of production with new Tool.

*wire EDM machine is Programmed and Run Individually without any hindrances to achieve precise Punch Die Fitment for all Trim Tool for All trays and Boxes.
