I utilized Latest 3D software's (Solidworks, Catia, Polyworks, Mastercam) for designing and Programming Utilizing FF/CAM, Mastercam.

Started my career in DubaiWire FZE, Dubai from September12, 2005 as CNC Workshop In-charge.

I am the programmer for all three machine and also designed machines, tools, Moulds, Press tools, automation parts which are listed below.

In addition I trained a person in CNC Mill Programming and one person for Solidworks Designing and did projects in Team.

Due to my efforts and analyzing my capability Management handed over entire tool room of team strength 42 members and promoted me as CNC and Workshop Manager where additional Conventional Lathes- Colchester, Milling, Grinding, Welding, Mechanical Press, Lathe were included with Planning, scheduling and Manufacturing responsibilities.

Then started handling all machines and maintenance all the machines to work without hurdles.

Also sorted out problems in newly brought Colchester lathe by arranging Engineers from UK to attend the problem and solve al problems in the machine.

Developed carbide products and innovated production life of materials to more than 3 times than actual. Been to Germany, Austria and Italy for Projects and to Get training in Wafios machine and Machine Tool manufacturing. Made training manual in videos and trained Operators and supervisor on the same.

In Kuwait I work as Assistant Manager CAD CAM and Tool Room where my responsibilities include

*Designing and Product Development of Foam Products including Meat Trays, Lunch Boxes, Hum burger Box, Pizza Box, CUP 6OZ to 16OZ etc.,

*Developing Mould Design in 3D-using Solidworks Designing Software.

*Drafting Detail drawings of few components which is not manufactured in CNC.

*Utilizing Master cam software for programming and Manufacturing the Mould parts. programming includes program for CNC Milling Generic Fanuc, CNC Lathe Fanuc and Charmles Technology Wire EDM.

*Guiding the Team as Team Leader to Finish the Tool and Troubleshoot the initial Startup of production with new Tool.

*wire EDM machine is Programmed and Run Individually without any hindrances to achieve precise Punch Die Fitment for all Trim Tool for All trays and Boxes.
