7. How much time is he allotted for each message?

8. Who will the audience be?

9. What is the expected attendance?

10. What are the expenses required?

11. Would you cover all travel expenses for Wendall Donelson?

16. Would you have a table set up and someone available to sell Wendall Donelson's books at the event?

17. Would you advertise and promote the book sales?

18. Would he be able to use a Power Point presentation?

19. Will audio and video recording of the sessions be provided?
