children and parents,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus
Christ! I am extremely delighted to welcome you to the Sunday School Conference
this year. The theme of the conference suggests certain significant aspects of
human growth. We live in a world of rapid growth in every sphere of life.
Knowingly or unknowingly, we are part of this growth process and there is the
tendency to adapt to the pattern of the shrewd and crude world around us. Growth
is generally measured economically and academically, i.e., how much money a
person makes or what degrees one holds.
However, the Word of
God puts forth a different standard. The scripture redefines the very idea of
the process of growing, which is very relevant for us today. It is really a
growth based on the self-giving love of Jesus Christ, which transforms the very
nature and feature of life. It is high time for us to share with courage and the
secret of successful living. In a fast moving world of self-glory and victory,
let us sit together and rethink in the light of the Word of God, our
considerations regarding successful Christian living. So, I urge all parents to
encourage your children to attend the conference and reflect positively on their
future and make resolutions for being victorious with Jesus Christ. I specially
invite all the children to the conference in order that you may be able to
manifest your destiny according to the will of God revealed in Jesus Christ. God
