Not knowing any one's name

Just another face in the crowd

No one saying anything out loud

But quickly this faded

And strong bonds replaced it

Many memories were made

Most of which won't fade

But this year has come to a close

Almost as short as the life of a rose

Going home to family and friends

After exams that signify the end

Holding back tears you try to hide

While saying goodbye to your friend by your side

A person who only ten months ago

You did not even know

But now there's a bond

That keeps our friendship going strong

So as we leave this family of friends

Realize these bonds will never end
