Distance makes the heart grow stronger

But there are many days

I don't know if I can wait any longer

I need to be able to talk to you

And hear what you have to tell me

I want to know what you're up to

Even though you I won't see

Distance can make life hard

By not allowing you to do

What you want cause you feel bared

Almost like you're in a zoo

It leaves you a small hole in your heart

And makes you want to cry

Distance is what keeps us apart

No matter how hard we try

But if we really want to be near

We will find a way to win

No matter if it takes a day or a year

We'll be able to talk again

We won't let the distance stop us

From what we like to do

So no matter what it does to us

Distance will not stop us from getting through
