I am currently employed by Chase. I have been working with the company since October of 2011. I currently hold the position of a Lead Teller and I am in process of completing my training for Lead Teller Operations. My job description is to assist customers with transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, or payments in a timely and efficient manner. I am also in charge of balancing and maintaining the vault as well as operational maintenance such as ensuring that other tellers follow proper policies, the branch cash average is maintained at a specific level and ordering cash for the branch. This position also requires me to provided superior customer service, be courteous and professional, and represent the corporation in the most professional and favorable manner

Before working for JP Morgan Chase I was employed by Forever21. I held the position of a Cashier from 2009-2011. Some of my job roles were to provided superior customer service, ensure benefits and features of the merchandise, reinforce sales, and maintain a friendly and professional behavior at all times.

While attending high school I was part of a very successful program called After School Matters. This program offered high students summer jobs from various types of fields such as culinary, performing arts, web designer, and TV production. In 2007 I applied for the sous chef position. This position only had 12 openings and I was very lucky to be able to fill one. I held the position of s sous chef as well with 11 other employees. We learned how to prepare very exquisite plates for a catering event that was held in the After School Matters school.

In 2008, I decided to apply again for After School Matters, only this time I choose a different route. I applied for the TV production job which required me to perform small sitcoms, shows, and commercials as well as producing and editing the sitcoms, shows, and commercials. This job role was very beneficial for me because it helped me enhance my communication skills.

After graduation I intend on applying for Grad school at Northwestern or John Marshall Law School. I will like to earn my Masters in Law with concentration in Family Law. I will be employed with JP Morgan Chase and possibly hold the position of a Financial Advisor.
