The most terrible thing is that he cut wrist of one of victims, and threw it into the sea.
He was captured and the trial is on going.
There is a controversy between two groups of people.
One claims that we should not give him a death penalty, the other claims we should.
The controversy is not limited only on this problem.
This controversy is held over a long time, so each side has his or her opinions about death penalty.
For me, I do not agree with a death penalty.

The reason I do not disagree with a death penalty is that we cannot judge on murderer that we should kill him.
If we sentence a death penalty on a murderer, we take his life from him.
We should ponder whether we have a right to take someone's life from him or her or not before we execute him.
It is a legal murder.
We do not have a right to sentence a death penalty as we do not have a right to kill somebody.
We should count both life precious.
If we take murderer's life, we lose two precious lifes.
Maybe god can only judge whether a murderer must be killed or not, and we can not kill a murderer because we are not god.

Moreover, the way to execute a murderer is not right.
Usually, murderer sits on electric chair, and executor turns on the chair, and execution is done.
Sometimes, the electric chair does not work well, so the murderer is not killed immediately, and he feels pain a lot.
It will be the worst pain he will ever feel.
I would like to ask executors that the way to execute him is the right way.
Even though one committed a murder, one is still a human, so one has to be treated like a human, not an animal.
But the way of execution abandons the basic right of human.

In most countries, they do not adopt death penalty, because the death penalty is inhumane.
Futhermore, we did not give a life to him, so we cannot take it from someone, too.
The idea of death penalty is wrong, and the way of execution is also wrong.
If we must punish wicked person, we should find other way to punish like life-long imprisonment.
