X has been laying the foundation for years, making music, DJ'ing, promoting events and clubs in Kila Kali for a decade as well as fronting the punk legends the "Humble Gods" . . . X has been bridging punk and hip hop for years "punk and hip hop are the rawest most honest forms of expression. Since Bob Marley and John Lennon died" . . . X handles and oversees the production for the Kottonmouth Kings with his production partner Mike Kumagai . . . When making a KMK album I try to eliminate any boundaries, making sure the beats are super tight and create an environment where everyone can contribute and create without restrictions . . . Rollin Stoned is defiantly a reflection of that . . . we want to be musically innovated and push boundaries at all times . . . Hopefully the only category you can label our music under is "Kottonmouth Kings" . . . that's original, that's dope, that's punk.
