Christina Adams

September 2002

Christina Adams, daughter of Grant and Catherine Adams, is the Exchange Club Student of the Month for September.

 Christina has been very active during her years at Kasson-Mantorville High School.   Academically, Christina is a stellar student.  She ranks 18 in a class of 143 students.  Outside of the classroom, Christina is equally active.  She is involved in soccer and basketball at KMHS, but continues to play soccer year-round.  Christina is also involved in Kasson-Mantorville’s drama program building sets and performing. 

 When Christina is not in school she likes to snowboard and skateboard depending on the season, and paint and draw on a regular basis.  Christina also likes to spend time playing guitar and drums with her band.  During her summer break, Christina worked at the Kasson Pool as a lifeguard and swimming instructor. 

 After graduation, Christina plans on attending a four-year college majoring in graphic arts. 

 Christina lives by the philosophy that “no matter what happens I have to be myself.  And as myself I need to challenge everything to keep me on my toes”.   With Christina being the ambitious person that she is there is no doubt that she will continue to challenge herself and strive towards excellency.
