Exchange Club Student of the Month

 Congratulations to Matt Gross who is Kasson-Mantorville's  recipient of
 the Exchange Club Award for May 2002.  Matt is the son of Bruce and
 Vickie Gross and they reside in Dodge Center.

 Matt's personal philosophy, which he attributes to creating success for
 him both in the and out of school, is based on trying your best on
 everything you decide to do.  His hobbies are spending time playing
 sports, hunting, fishing, lifting weights and having fun.

 Matt is an excellent student and has a 3.8 grade point average and ranks
 5th out of 96.
 After graduation he plans on attending the University of Michigan in Ann
 Arbor.  He plans on majoring in sports management and communications.
 Ten years from now, Matt sees himself happily pursuing a career in
 sports Administration and being very successful in whatever he decides
 to do.

 A a K-M student, Matt has served as the freshman class president, and
 has played football and basketball 9-12.
