The K-M Exchange Club Student of the Month for January 2002 is Ashley Fickert of Kasson.  Ashley recently moved her from the Triton district.

Ashley is an A student.  Her strong faith directs her involvement with fellow students at the Kasson Alternate School.  Ashley is a peer helper, as she volunteers to assist classmates with their work, even at the end of the day when school is officially over.

Ashley also works about ten hours per week at Tri-State Outdoor Media Group in Rochester where she does cleaning.  Her hobbies include painting, music, volleyball and her youth group at church.

After graduation Ashley plans to complete the 2+2 registered nursing program at RCTC and Winona State University.  After completing her four year nursing degree, Ashley sees herself doing mission work.
