1. Q. How can you sell for less than an Authorized Dealer? A. It goes back to OVERHEAD- I give the dealer a consistant cash flow without risk - he doesn't spend near the time nor the cost of employing a sales person to go out and generate sales I guess you could consider me an outside sales man he doesn't have to pay for - however I gain the flexibility to service my clients better because I do not have a showroom that I must man. I don't pay for a showroom or warehouse so I do not start each month in the hole. I break even on zero $ in sales where a dealer must have - say $15,000,$20,000, $50,000 or maybe even more sales just to break even he makes his margins on his retail sales, again - less flexibility. again over head and flexibility allow 2. Q. What is an Independent Dealer? A. Independent dealers are general contractors, subcontractors and sales people who are not-authorized to by factory direct but who have contracts or agreements with local dealers to sell manufactured products and who are not employed directly with said dealer(s). 3. Q. What are lead times? A. Lead time are the amount of time it takes to get in ordered materials. Our lead time run from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on the level of materials selected. although lead times vary greatly most of my sales are in the 2 to 4 week time frame. |
