Kathy's Country Chicken
1 chicken cut up
3 eggs beaten (set aside)
1 cup flour
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Sprinkle flour on a plate add seasoning salt and black pepper and mix.
Take the chicken and dip into beaten egg then roll in the flour mixture. Fry inpan of 3/4 oil and 1/4 margarine on med. heat until golden brown, then turn heat up higher for 1 minute (this will remove all grease) but be careful not to burn it.
