POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION

Thank you for visiting my postpartum depression site. Inside you will find something that will help you to see the light at the end of a long dark tunnel. Or maybe information to help someone you love.

Postpartum Depression, or PPD, is a silent enemy that attacks women after experiencing the most wonderful thing in the world, giving birth. PPD is not selective on the type of women, rich or poor, healthy or ill, any race, any religion, or even young vs. older mother. PPD doesn't care if its your first child or your fifth. PPD doesn't care if you struggled for years to have a baby or your pregnancy was unexpected. PPD just doesn't care!

I am here to tell you that your not alone, someone cares! I care! Others out there care! All you need to do is to look and keep looking until one day someone puts their arm around you and says, its ok now. Your not alone.

Whether you are just starting your journey of healing or you are looking for more information to add to what you know, this site has something to offer everyone.

Thank you!
