Turkey Burger

Servings 4

Ingredients
4 portions lean ground turkey (about 1 lb)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp lite soya sauce
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 egg substitute
4 whole-wheat buns or rolls, split
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomatoes
Ketchup to taste
Mustard to taste

Directions

1) Preheat grill to high

2) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.  Form into 4 portion sized patties

3) Place patties on grill and cook until no longer pink in the middle about 6 minutes per side.

4) Place burgers on buns with letuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard.  Serve and enjoy.
