| Another winters day, snowy blowing weather have I mentioned that it is time for spring. Okay so went to the gym yesterday did upper body tried to push myself and I think I was successful as today I can hardly lift my arm up to get dressed. Steve thinks it is pretty funny to come up behind me and give me a big bear hug squeezing all my poor achy muscles. I know from the past that these sore muscles won't last long.
