| Tuesday March 2, 2005 Snow snow and more snow just when you think spring is in the air, from up above comes another 5 inches of snow. Stop already with the snow. Went over to the new gym today met the personal trainer and introduced her to Body for Life she had not heard of it before so took a little time to go over the entire program with her. Had to be polite because she had already drawn up a work out program for me so we discussed the routine that I would be doing and I think she is all good with it, Small town don't want to upset the boat. Today I was hungry all day not sure if just bored what but I just wanted to eat all day. Did okay with my food intake never cheated just maybe ate to much good food. Remember SEE IT BELIVE IT AND NEVER STOP STRIVING TO ACHIEVE IT |
