Ingredients
1 cup cold skim milk
1 packet chocoate Myoplex
2 Tbsp fat-free, sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
Directions
1) Pour kim milk in blender, Then add Myoplex powder and blend on medium speed for 15 seconds.
2) Add the pudding mix and blend on high speed until thick and creamy, about 45 more seconds (stopping blender to stir with spoon and scrape down sides as needed).
3) Spoon into 2 desser bowls and chill in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, then serve and enjoy
