Anyday Sundae

Ingredients

1/2 cup skim milk
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder ( about 24 grams)
2 cups frozen Banana slices*
4 tsp chocolate syrup
4 Tbsp Fat-free Reddi-wip
2 tsp chopped nuts
2 maraschino cherries

*Its the frozen banana slices in this recipe that gives it the rich, wonderful "ice cream-like" consistency.  Ig you've never frozen a banan, heres how:  Simply peel a slightly overripe banana and slice it into 1 inch hunks.  Place the slices in a Ziploc bag overnight or loner.  Before making this sundae, place banana slices in a measuring cup and let them thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes, or just microwave them for about 20 seconds.  Toss 'em in the blender after that! Yum!

Directions

1) Pour skim milk into blender.Add protein powder and blend on high speed for about 15 seconds.

2) Add frozen banana slices and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth and scrape down sides as needed.

3) Spoon into 2 dessert bowls.  Top each sundae with 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup, 2 tablespoons of Reddi-wip, a teaspoon of chopped nuts and a maraschino cherry.  Serve and enjoy!
