| This is the upstairs bedroom Tobey and Penny originally had when we moved to our house (or when we brought Penny home.) When we really started construction on our room last fall, we chose to move them downstairs to the spare bedroom, to keep them (esp. Penny) away from the construction noise and DUST. After we were finally able to evacuate, we decided to freshen up the room. We took off the yucky border (which had been painted over), and repainted the room. The periwinkle/long walls are almost the same color they originally were. The short/green walls went from pea/neon green to a minty color. We still intend to do a few more things, but this is the general picture. Notice the crib stayed DOWNSTAIRS. It may soon get taken apart and go to storage for the 1st time since it was assembled in early 2002! The skinny door goes to the closet the girls and I share (also accesible from the master bedroom) and the larger door is to the hallway. The pictures go clockwise. |
