Seth and Jerry at MIS 2006
Last year we surprised Jerry with a trip to Michigan Internation Speedway with Seth for his 60th birthday.  One year later, the trip seemed worth repeating.  They set out for Michigan early morning Saturday, August 19.  They took Hwy 24 most of the way, and geocached as they went.  The actual race was on Sunday the 20th.  Last year their seats were pretty high, with a really great view.  This year they decided to try something new and sat in the VERY front row.  They said ear plugs were BEYOND NECESSARY and they were covered with track debris because of the closeness.  Although it was nice to try once, they said once will probably be enough.
