Principal Lauderdale is an inspirational yet cool authority figure with a troubled past. James Reilly adds, "Faxx is starting over in life and hoping to make a difference in the lives of wealthy youth. But he can't shake the trauma he experienced in his past, and it has something to do with Mary Lou Retton and the 1984 Olympics. His secret is buried under a doghouse, but we won't reveal it for a long time."

Reilly gushes, "She's a real 80's Lady with everything going for her! She's got trendy hats, good looks and best of all, she's a teacher!". Miss Londonbridge is a gorgeous genius, who can teach every class at Radical Academy. "We wanted a strong woman who could diagram a sentence, calculate the area of a rhombus and apply stylish lipstick at the same time." Reilly adds, "Look for a surprising romance between Principal Lauderdale and Miss Londonbridge, even though they are the only two adults featured in the series and the concept seems cliche. But, trust me, we'll make it surprising somehow!"
