IMPORTANT NOTES
1. All races are welcome.
2. Lift services all floors.
3. For maximum security all tenants are issued with electronic access card.
4. Private Entrance to every individual apartment with absolute Privacy.
5. Every apartment is air-conditioned, kitchen equipped, attached bathroom with heater, tv, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, all essential cutlery and utensils for cooking are provided.
6. Every apartment is is furnished with a Queen Sized Bed, Towels, Blanket, Bed Sheets, Pillow Cases, Iron, Ironing Board and Clothe Hangers.
7. Reservation can only be accepted after execution of the Letter of Intent and payment of one (1) month rental equivalence being the Security Deposit.
8. Commencement Rental and/or 1st Month Rental is payable prior to and/or on the date of checking-in or upon date of commencement of lease.
9. Security Deposit willbe refunded upon expiry of the lease, and checking-out time is fixed at @12noon.
10. Extension of lease will be subject to availability and prevailing charges.
11. For extension of lease than a month is chargeable on weekly basis (please refer to above chart).
12. No pets are allowed in the apartment without the prior consent of the management.
13. OPTIONAL - Housekeeping at S$100.00/- per month (once a week) or on an Ad-hoc basis of S$30.00/- each instance at tenant's request.
TENANTS ARRIVING FROM CHANGI AIRPORT, SINGAPORE
1. Tenant arriving at Changi Airport, Singapore, Terminal 1, 2 or 3 can access the Free Phone Facilities within the premises of the said terminals to contact either Alex Chan at Mobile No. 96328078 or Francis Chou at Mobile No. 96505367 with regards to checking-In.
2. Journey from Changi Airport, Singapore Terminal 1, 2 or 3 to No. 3 Kelantan Lane @KL Suites is approximately 30 minutes and incurring taxi fare in the region of S$20.00/- to S$25.00/- subjecting to traffic conditions and on/off peak hours.
