motorcycle that has been sold worldwide since 1987 and has not changed in any major way since then. The parts supply / interchangablility is seen as one of the strengths of the venerable KLR. For the most part the KLR is as simple as a modern motorcycle can get nowadays (especially in California).
Though even the most hard-core KLR enthusiaists can find what they see as design flaws or complaints , over all most experts will agree the KLR 650 is a reliable bike worthy of it's praise.
