| The Pain Of A Child Birth is given Such a joyous occassion Many great memories Through the years Many tears shed Both happy and sad As well as smiles For all to share Then the day comes That you're discarded Thrown aside Like a piece of trash All has been tried But to no avail The children are now split For reasons unknown One is my lifes blood The other is the thorn in my side Feelings not taken lightly Ripped apart through pain My heart now aches for one child And beams for the other I love them equally Though suffering greatly Why does this happen? Is it normal? My questions remain Quite unanswered I pray that one day my child Will again come to me To confide and for comfort From her lost mother. Written and copyrighted by: Kathy L. Pugh |
