Cut My Ears Off

Dear Vincent,

  I never realized that it's such a wise decision to cut off the ears, until last year... I moved here in a metropolis. There ain't nothing in the air but dirty smells and dirty sounds of mobilephones. I'm the only one in school that can SURVIVE without a thing like that.
  Not long ago, I met some guy on the street and he asked me : " Are you interested in buying a second-hand TV? Only 200 Patacas. " I said no. Then he began to smile in an extremely foolish way : " Ok, then I'll be having TWO televisions and THREE mobilephones! "

I left quickly without bashing one of his three mobilephones. It ain't no my business. But if some day when I wake up in the morning, find myself no longer a non-mobilephonist, guess I'll immediately flush it to the toilet and cut my ears off. Then paint a selfportrait with bandaged ears. Just like what you did, but for a different reason.
  Going extreme ain't my style. But my reasons are strong. First I can not afford one because nobody would like to purchase the photographs I took. Moreover for whatever I do, I just want to be completely free and don't want to get caught everywhere.
  If you were me, I know you'd do the same thing.

p.p.s. I just discovered one of the prettiest things in the world. Think I'll never have my ears cut off. Sorry Vincent.
