There is a news confirmed that Kouji Tsujitani has lent his voice to Voyager
in the Episode III. This confirmed that Episode III will be released soon. And
further information will be given by Namco in the TGS.

Namco has registered a trademark: Also Sprach Zarathrustra, which is yet another phrase (or in this case a book title) coined by 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, this might be a hint towards the subtitle of this episode.

There were a small news about this Episode.... That is: The Monolith Soft had announced that, they had already start working on this Episode. It is also working together with the Episode IV. It is because the Monolith Soft wants to speed up the process. To make the series reach us faster than we expected to be.
