mind

My Mind
my mind is lost
where did it go?
i hope i find it
in a minute or so
before i start
to forget about it
for my head is now
an empty pit
i close my eyes
and try to think
maybe i left it
by the bathroom sink
i go in there
to look around
i hope it's not
on the dirty ground
i look in the mirror
and realize
my mind is hiding
behind my eyes!
