Guidelines for Offices

Offices are open to all French Club members.  Elections will be held in the fall of each year.  Offices include President and two vice-council members.  They are elected annually for a term of one year by all present French club members.  The officers are responsible for organizing meetings, planning and publicizing French cultural events.  They may choose to delegate these responsibilities to other members (i.e. events chair persons).  Chairpersons may nominate themselves, or be nominated by officers.  Chairpersons are then elected for the term of a cultural event by present French club members and officers.
