Point Standings
As an individual PTA unit, your officers and committee chairmen are earning points for your unit and will be competing with all other 4th district units based on elementary, middle school, and high school level.
As a tribe, the points each PTA in your tribe earns will also be put toward your tribe's total points. So not only do you want to earn points for your own unit, but also encourage your tribe mates to earn points for the achievement of the tribe. The tribe with the most points will be honored as the strongest tribe in the 4th district.
2. Tribe representation at Fall District Conference, Oct. 26 (1 point per person)
3. 10% membership increase (5% those over 700) - dues submitted to state by
2/28/05 (5 points per PTA)
4. Target membership achieved by 2/28/05 (10 points for each PTA)
5. Each report submitted to state by 2/28/05 (2 points for each report submitted)
**additional points will be given for special tribe challenges at district events
2. Leadership Training Conference, July 2004 (5 points if PTA was represented)
3. Representation at the President's Back-to-School Survivor Retreat (3 points)
4. Attendance at School of Information (1 point for each representative)
5. District Fall Conference (1 point per PTA representative)
6. 10% membership increase (5% those over 700) - dues submitted by 2/28/05 (5
points)
7. Target membership achieved by 2/28/05 (5 points)
8. PTA University - dates to be announced (1 point per representative)
9. Early Bird - 175 members by September 30 (3 points)
10. Oak Tree - 100% school staff membership by October 31 (3 points)
11. Partner - 25 community members by October 31 (3 points)
