(a.k.a Magic Marshmallow Puffs)
Ingredients:
4 T. sugar
3/4 t. cinnamon
4 T. margarine
1 tube refrigerator biscuits
20 mini-marshmallows
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
2. Melt margarine in a microwave-safe bown in the microwave oven, about 20 sec.
3. Flatten each biscuit on waxed paper.
4. Dip marshmallows in margarine then cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 marshmallows on top of each biscuit.
5. Fold biscuit over marshmallows and pinch edges closed.
6. Dip biscuit in remaining margarine and cinnamon-sugar. Place biscuit, seem side down in paper lined muffin tin.
7. Bake 10 min. at 375 degrees F.
