the tower has a red sandstone facade, the convention center's facade, the low-rise, is mostly built in brickstone.
the building complex features a convention center, in which fairs and exhibitons are from time to time, and conferences made. in the 'glasbox' on top of the building there's a restaurant and a bar with panorama and skyline view.
in the 1st to 9th floor are offices and othe commercial options. above that, there are residential apartments, a fitness-studio, a public museum, a small shoppe. over the 'glassbox' there is located a huge loft, which can be rented for really high prices. the technical rooms are located 4 floors under ground.
